I could never find sushi as good as they have in Vancouver till today Fudo is amazing the sashimi was so fresh the presentation was great and the place is warm and inviting.. Update a year later this place is still wonderful.
I remember coming here pre-covid and the place was amazing. It was definitely a great place to eat out. I went there last night thinking about how great it was before.As soon as I arrived, it looked the same but I could tell right away it was different owners and staff.I ordered the miso soup, agedashi tofu, and the vegetable tempura roll.Miso soup was pretty standard. The oyster motoyaki is the best I have had on the island. The assorted tempura was large with 3 prawns, 1 fish and 4 veggies. Batter was light and crisp. The BC roll was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.
