The food here is soooo good. I have been here twice. I had tonkotsu ramen, and a bao. It was one of the best , if not the best ramen I have ever had. The broth was extremely flavourful and vibrant. Not bland in anyway. It tastes very fresh and homemade. Delicious. I will be coming back here many times. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive here. The vibe is so cosy with all the candles and the dim lightening , I love the vibe so much it is romantic and cosy:)

First time trying ghost ramen after so many good reviews from friends and family. I’m super unfamiliar with the menu but our server Tavia was amazing. She ran us through everything and was so sociable while doing so, I’m super picky with food but Tavia was so easy going and helpful!! 10/10 recommend!!

The only thing they are good at, is ghosting you! Takeout order took forever. I inquired multiple times and 3 separate ladies “checked” and said it’d be “any minute”. Once we opened the food, it was stone cold. A hard lump of noodles in a pool of sadness, with a tiny slice of pork and a weird little egg. Besides the mountain of SALT, any flavour is MIA. For $21 each, it is insanely overpriced. Reached out twice and no one ever got back to me. Feeling salty af.

40 min to get bland spicy ramen. There was no flavour in my spicy ramen bowl. They forgot our appetizer. Not a fan of 25.00 dollar tasteless broth.

We went in for a cocktail, and loved them. The Matcha-spiced Daiquiri was superb, and the Lychee Pig was excellent. We will be back for Ramen!

An impressive array of old school and new-style ramen recipes. Our small group was comfortably seated in a tall booth and the team looked after us thoughtfully. Our group enjoyed the Tan Tan, Garlic Tonkotsu, Citrus Slaw and Ghost Fries along with cocktails. Consensus was that all dishes were unique, fresh and delicious. It's obvious that owner Aaron takes great pride in his craft and has poured over every possible detail to make this one of the top restaurants in Victoria.

It's alright. We made a reservation for 3 people plus a baby requesting a highchair. Was told they had highchair. Got a confirmation text stating 5 people......The place also did not have a highchair.....

Noodles and broth. And the broth was okay at best. Five of us and no one was impressed - four different bowls at that table. For ramen that ends up at &25 a bowl they hardly out anything nf in it. Just their “fresh noodles”, which aren’t even great. Trendy and ovwrhyped. Staff are nice but we weren’t even checked in for a second drink. On the way out we saw a cook in the kitchen almost drop a package of noodles, catch the noodles against his shirt, and then put them in the pot. Okay - gross. Last visit

First time here visiting Vic for the holidays and had the Tonkotsu ramen. Pork belly and egg was really nice. The broth was not bad (wish it was a bit richer), but the noodles tasted like noodles you would get in a noodle soup at a HK cafe... That was a huge disappointment. If they nail the noodles, this place would definitely be 10x better! But don't get me wrong, the cocktails, service, and atmosphere were great!

Probably the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. Rich flavorful broth, and properly cooked noodles. I hate overcooked noodles with no bite. Great and quick service.

My office space is relatively close to Ghost Ramen, so I pop in for lunch once or twice a month and am never disappointed. They have something for everyone on their menu, including non-ramen items if someone in your group isn't into soup based meals. I also love that they have gluten free ramen noodles that have an amazing texture and taste!

This is the kind of review I hate to post, because the service was stellar. Our waitress was nice, the hostess was helpful. The chicken kaarage was good. However the ramen, particularly the tonkatsu was not good. The smell off the broth was strange, the noodles also smelled off, the taste of the pork was similar to undercooked pork. The peitan ramen was better, but was mostly flavorless until I added five spoonfuls of chili oil. Maybe it was an off night, but we will not be recommending it.

Ghost Ramen has quickly become one of our favorite ramen spots in Victoria, particularly on those classic wet days when nothing else but a warm bowl of ramen will do. My wife, a huge ramen enthusiast, always gets excited at the prospect of dining here. Their ramen bowls are comforting and flavorful, offering a great way to beat the chill and damp of the city. The service at Ghost Ramen is commendable as well – pretty good, with staff who are attentive and efficient. As for the ramen itself, it's quite good, providing a satisfying meal every time we visit. While it may not top the list as the absolute best ramen we've had in Canada, it certainly holds its own and is worth a visit for anyone in Victoria looking for a cozy spot with tasty ramen. It's the kind of place that makes a rainy day feel a bit brighter.
