Staff were very nice and helpful, food was quick and delicious
The room is really cozy and the staff were welcoming. It can be a busy place, especially at night, they do take reservations though. The ramen is the most authentic I’ve had in Victoria, will definitely be back!
Vegetarian options: Two people in our party are vegetarian and there were multiple options for them to choose from, they were happy to have options! Also some veggie appetizers available.

Had such a great experience here! Great service, great ramen, and great options for dietary restrictions! The Tan Tan with tofu is incredible, and the green bean gomae as an appetizer is our go to!
Dietary restrictions: They had three options available for vegetarians, with two vegan options and also my celiac friend was able to mod and have a gluten free bowl!

Ghost Ramen offers excellent food and service in a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant serves fresh food, including a rich and soulful Tonkotsu broth, perfect jammy eggs, and creative drinks. The room is cozy and welcoming, though it can get busy at night—reservations are recommended. The ramen is the most authentic in Victoria, with great options for dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. The Tan Tan with tofu and green bean gomae appetizer are standout dishes. While the Chicken Karage can be a little tough, the flavors are amazing, and portions are generous. It’s a great spot for late-night eats.
