“Tasmin was our server When we arrived, it was very busy, Tasmin seated us quickly in the "VIP" section which made my kids very excited. She was an absolute wonderful server, she was personable, funny and very knowledgable and helpful with the menu. She made our visit one of our favorite memories from our vacation. I would highly recommend this restaurant to families, it is a great atmosphere. Also, they offer a gluten free menu if you have dietary restrictions. “Service and food here are always 11/10, from the host to the server to the busser, Fiamo is a consistently wonderful experience with a cozy atmosphere. Everyone seems happy to be there. The butternut squash ravioli stands out, but it's honestly all delicious. Amy is an absolute gem.“

“Had a family celebration here this week & what a fabulous evening! Everything was great, from the atmosphere, the food, the service to the OMG dessert. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, as was the passion fruit panna cotta. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed with the fresh food and coffee. The staff are so friendly and efficient and clearly care about their level of service. I will be back! This is my favourite cafe in Victoria, hands down!!“

You can taste the love and passion that the owners put into every dish, and love how much care they put into sourcing everything locally. An absolutely perfect dinner!“

“Lot 1 Pasta earns five stars almost entirely for one reason: their four-cheese rigatoni. I’ve tried other pastas on the menu and they’re not really my thing, but that rigatoni is on another level. Rich, perfectly balanced, and easily one of my favourite pasta dishes of all time. For that dish alone, it’s absolutely worth the visit.“

“Incredible pizza and service. The variety of pizzas is a mix of traditional and innovative, the ingredients were fresh and the pizzas were cooked to perfection. Our server (Aiden) was charming and knowledgeable and made the dining experience delightful. The restaurant is small and nested beside a Starbucks in a hotel, so the atmosphere could be a bit better, but the great food and service more than made up for it.“

“My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you“

“Last Saturday, I ordered the Romeo special pizza, which was delicious. However, the yam fries were not good, especially the sauce, which was way too hot. The waitress was also unpleasant. She brought the bill and card machine, even though I hadn’t asked for them. That made me unhappy.“
