Ordered Thai style chow mein, they forgot to put any sauce on it. When I brought it up they told me “it was a dry box” and didn’t come with sauce, but the description for the item literally has the word sauce in it. Super annoyed, don’t go here they’ll just mess up your order then double down on it.

Food is delicious but they always mess something up or they are always inconsistent. One time you will have lots of chicken and broccoli, and the next time like my most recent visit, you’re lucky if you can find one piece of chicken or broccoli. They are good when they are made good, but often they don’t get made good like the boxes we got last week. All 4 boxes were seriously a struggle to find a single piece of protein that you pay $4-$6 extra for.

Tried Thai style noodles and Japanese style noodles. Found it little strong in flavours. Amount of protein is less, so if we need more we need to double top it.
Service was good and friendly. Less crowded when we were there for lunch on a Saturday. Hence it was a relaxed lunch time.

I have always liked Noodlebox peanut sauce noodles, so after few years I have it a go and got a delivery. Sorely disappointed, noddles were undercooked, had to put it in a pot and finish cooking. Ordered medium spicy and it’s fiery spicy while it’s lacking any other flavour. No trace of peanut sauce flavour. Really sad about this, the quality has gone downhill a lot based on this dish. Ordered chicken and tofu, couple big pieces of chicken and lots of mushy flavourless tofu. Def do not recommend. I’m disappointed as I really used to like this place.

Ordered on Skip, it was so spicy it was inedible. Noodle box reached out asking me to remove my review in exchange for a gift card for a replacement meal. I removed the review and... Crickets. Classy. I'll never eat there or order from them again.

Probably the worst pad thai ive ever had, buy one get one free on doordash still came to 50 dollars with a springroll( also straight ass), maybe like 2 ounces of beef total.

I tried ordering delivery through the Noodlebox app, but apparently there was a glitch and the food was made but it didn't dispatch it to the delivery company. So about half hour after I ordered I received a call from a staff member at Noodlebox on Douglas saying that nobody had picked it up and he suspected there was a glitch with the app. They had no way to dispatch it themselves but asked that I call the phone number on the app, which I tried but got a voicemail saying they were closed. I called the staff member back and he said his shift was ending soon and he offered to deliver it himself on his way home. He then texted me updates on timing and dropped it at my door. I really appreciated his help. So full 5 star review for him and the food was great as usual, but I'd say a 0 star review for the delivery feature of the Noodlebox app. I'll have to stick with o my using it for pickup.
