Incredible atmosphere that somehow manages to be both exciting and intimate, and like the food, in perfectly balanced servings.
Amazed at the number of flavours and ingredients they are able to fit into a sushi roll without falling into the "westernized sizing" that so many similar establishments seemed to have adopted. Delicate, balanced, and satisfying without being a meal ender.
