Unfortunately they don’t offer samples. So you just have to guess what flavor might be nice/something you like. The Nanaimobar and Chocolate gelato were extremely sweet. Loaded with sugar. Not worth the money. There are much better gelato places around town.

Worst frozen chocolate bananas, they definitely don’t use fresh before freezing or dipping. Very average gelato. I told them it was a rotten banana and they still made me pay.

they don’t let you sample because if you try it you won’t buy it
Gelato is not bad but the customer service is terrible. Have a nice selection of Gelato is great but it's only half of what needs to happen in customer service and the half is customer experience is the other half which I give a zero. Lots of places to get Gelato and this one is on the bottom of my list. Also there was a strong smell of urine outside the front entrance and after I left the shop with my Gelato the entire experience left me feeling like dumping it in the trash, but I found a homeless person to give it to.

I may have accomplished a lifelong goal of finding the best gelato there is. There aren't *quite* 66 flavors here, but there are an abundance of flavors including unique ones such as Spumoni. I tried both tiramisu and matcha. Both were ridiculously creamy, decadent and perfectly sweet. The tiramisu was particularly tasty - I'm usually skeptical of desserts that try to emulate other desserts but this was incredible. If you like caramel flavored desserts/ it's a must try. I visited both days in Victoria and will most certainly be returning the next time I am there.

Girls working there are ugly rude. Specifically the blonde girl who looks like Katie from Hortan hears a who and the brown haired girl who looks like a female Harry Potter mixed with lord farquad. Whispering and laughing at customers. And they aren’t even all that to be laughing at other people. The girl working the till was lovely but the girls scooping are pathetic. ?? good luck finding a job in the future ladies!

While the taste of the gelato itself isn’t my point of contention, I’m deeply concerned about the customer service at Oh Gelato. During my visit, my party patiently waited in line as the family in front of us made their purchase. However, we were taken aback when an employee approached us, questioning our intentions of either merely standing in line or actually buying. Such an inquiry felt unnecessary and detracted from the overall experience. I hope the staff can receive proper training on treating all patrons with respect and patience.
