Gelato is not bad but the customer service is terrible. Have a nice selection of Gelato is great but it's only half of what needs to happen in customer service and the half is customer experience is the other half which I give a zero. Lots of places to get Gelato and this one is on the bottom of my list. I may have accomplished a lifelong goal of finding the best gelato there is. There aren't *quite* 66 flavors here, but there are an abundance of flavors including unique ones such as Spumoni. I tried both tiramisu and matcha. Both were ridiculously creamy, decadent and perfectly sweet. The tiramisu was particularly tasty - I'm usually skeptical of desserts that try to emulate other desserts but this was incredible. If you like caramel flavored desserts/ it's a must try. Unfortunately they don’t offer samples. So you just have to guess what flavor might be nice/something you like. The Nanaimobar and Chocolate gelato were extremely sweet. Loaded with sugar. Not worth the money. There are much better gelato places around town.
