There are plenty of coffee shops in Victoria, but Ottavio is so much more and a must if in Oak Bay! We’ve been three times and staff is always friendly and welcoming. We’ve focused on the coffee and cookies but there is a whole delicatessen too which gets rave reviews judging by all the articles in the bathroom. Family business. Great selection and the kind of place you can spend hours.
Absolutely incredible gelato!! We came here from down island to try their gelato and it was so worth the drive!! The service was also amazing, love love loved the girl who served us. She totally made our whole experience. This is a new tradition to add to our Victoria trips. The atmosphere and outdoor area was beautiful. Can't wait to come back more and try more things!
