I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share honest feedback. I’ve tried this pizza place a few times now since it’s close to home, hoping it might improve, but unfortunately the quality has been consistently disappointing. The pizzas are quite light on toppings, sauce, and cheese, and the overall flavor and ingredient quality just don’t match the high price point — not to mention, they charge $5 delivery fee plus tip. I really wanted to like this place, but it just doesn’t deliver the value I’d expect. Do not recommend

I ordered a pizza here and it tasted great. Great value for money. I took one star off however because the online order tracking system was incorrect. It said my order was ready for pick up and when I arrived I waited another 5 minutes. Not sure if it uses an estimation or if an employee actually tracks the state that it's in.

We ordered the Shaq...says it has 1/2 lb of cheese. It doesn't. Just an over priced pepperoni pizza. Delivery was good but cold and I live 6 blocks away. Never again.

I ordered wings from Papa John’s and asked for 15 pieces, not realizing they had different quantities for traditional and boneless wings. I ended up with boneless instead of traditional wings, but the pieces were all different sizes and there weren’t even 15 pieces in the box. The sauce wasn’t mixed properly either — it was just drizzled on top instead of coating them. When I asked if I could pay extra to get the traditional wings, the staff said no and told me I’d have to place a whole new order instead of helping fix the mistake. Really disappointing experience — not what I expected or paid for.

I stopped by Papa John’s while traveling in Victoria and ordered a pizza. The store was incredibly clean, and the pizza was freshly made and absolutely delicious! The owner was also very friendly and gave great recommendations for nearby attractions. Highly recommended!
