Far too cold inside—felt like eating in a fridge. The food was decent, but the overall experience was unpleasant due to the extreme air conditioning. We were shivering throughout the meal. It seems the temperature is set for the comfort of the kitchen staff and servers, not the diners. Unfortunately, that made it hard to enjoy the food. Won’t be coming back or recommending this place. This review is or specifically Athena. We were served by her on Monday night for dinner and she brought such a big smile on her face and we connected really well with her, as we realized we both spoke Spanish. It was wonderful having her serve us. We love going to romeos and have been multiple times but I thought I'd write a review for Athena as she really impressed us with how kind she was and what great service she brought to the table! The “signature pasta” of fettuccine with Alfredo sauce turned out to be pasta with an unidentifiable white substance, lacking any taste of garlic, cream, Parmesan, or even salt.
If the most basic pasta dish is so poorly executed, it would be better to remove it entirely to avoid damaging the restaurant’s reputation and ruining customers’ mood.
