the drinks are very good, but the service is horrendous. Once, i ordered my drink online and ten minutes later i arrived at starbucks only to wait another 20 minutes for my drink to be ready. it was horrible service and they made my drink wrong. i’m disappointed by this location, so many other ones are better

I'll be coming back to Cook Street Village! It's a long way from Langford; Cook Street Village is my ol' stomping grounds when I was younger. Close proximity to Beacon Hill Park & Clover Point are the main reason I love this particular Starbucks! I walk everyday & everywhere; I usually get my cold brew/ Iced Tea of my choice and walk all the way down to Dallas Road. The walk down to Ogden Point and the Lighthouse may seem long and enduring. My Drink from Starbucks, plus a treat, makes my Walk enjoyable and memorable. I always make sure my shoes are comfortable first. My journey starts with and ends with Starbucks! There are great ways to enjoy your experience. I must share that my secret is gifting yourself a gift card and loading $! Only a quick step by registering the gift card and creating an account, gives you easy access to the Rewards you receive with each purchase! It's the best and awesome feeling you get when you receive you're first Free Drink Reward! Its the small things in Life which make me smile; especially, when my Barista says, "Your Drink is on Us!" Whoohoo....I Love Starbucks! I'll be coming back before Summer's over and throughout the Fall!

I went in early yesterday and was served re-heated dark roast from the night before. Clearly the server doesn't drink coffee to think that would work.

Had a long hair in my breakfast sandwich... Some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. If you order in person and don't use the app you're essentially a second class citizen - expect a long wait. Activity behind the bar is messy and chaotic.There are far better coffee and food options in the area.

Soooo, there are at least a dozen ppl waiting to order, and approximately 15 waiting for mobile pick up....Busy periods happen, that's fine.I had ordered ahead, and went in to pick up my drink 20 mins later. (and witnessed my previous description).The person who was making the actual drinks appeared oblivious to the packed shop. They were carrying on a long winded casual chat with a customer as opposed to ....I dunno, actually making a dent in the dozens of drinks backed up.Worst Starbux experience ever.I won't return to this location. Luckily there's a mom and Pop Cafe across the street! :)
