I got an iced latte and it tasted like only oat milk, we asked nicely if they could add an espresso shot, and they said sure, and then took it behind the counter, and gave it back and it was the exact same level as previously and still tasted, we asked if she had added a shot, and she said “yeah well you should be grateful that we have you a free shot” *we offered to pay for it side note, and handed our drink back, it was still gross. It was a younger blonde girl who “helped us”. I paid almost 7$ and I’d expect my coffee to taste like coffee…. I will never be coming back sorry your employee is creating a bad look for your store.

Pre-Covid it was a decent Starbucks. Remember when you could pour your own milk or cream? Now they charge $3.35 for adding cream to your coffee. You're also at the mercy of the Barista to pour the cream. Imagine paying to get your coffee the way THEY want it & not the way you want it. Like all Starbucks...their bakery selection hasn't changed in about 8 years. Same old dry, stale, flavorless selections as always. Most of the servers are nice, except the manager (Owner?) who is extremely rude & never cracks a smile, even if you're really friendly with her and leave a good tip. She told me if I wanted more than 1 ounce of cream she was charging me for a Latte. Seriously? It's a coffee with cream...if you can't manage it, get out of the coffee business.

Service and my drink were what u would expect from a Starbucks coffee shop although the seating was uncomfortable I would have rather a larger lounge seat to relax in compared to the uncushioned metal

It's a Starbucks! Have to admit, I don't visit as often now that stars are not rewarded as much, now it's 100 stars (used to be 50) just for a coffee and let's not get started on the fact that they expire! Used to be a great rewards program, but not anymore!

They’ve gotten my order wrong most times, given me some other food item instead of telling me they didn’t have what I ordered, dropped my food on their wet counter and gotten mad when I didn’t really want it anymore ?Other than that it’s a pretty nice place to sit down and enjoy whatever drink they felt like making you!

I got a couple frapps here yesterday and they tasted absolutely awful! Supposed to be caramel frap, it had caramel on it but it tasted like pumpkin spice made with mayonnaise it was the grossest thing I’ve ever tasted I couldn’t even finish it and the store was closed by the time I noticed, I notice this a lot the frapps taste like pumpkin spice and it’s so gross I hate pumpkin spice in drinks! Please make sure staff at all stores are cleaning the blender properly between drinks and they put whipped cream on it and i specifically asked for none so that means she didn’t read the full label this happens a lot to, no whip is the first addition so they don’t read anything after what the drink is, I spend a lot of money on coffee from Starbucks I expect them to be exactly the same from every store every time!

I arrived to make an order and there was only 4 customers in store and then waited 20 minutes and my order was not ready yet and asked about my order and was told it wasn’t up yet so I had to leave so as not to be late for work !! Paid and received nothing as there seemed to be about 35 mobile orders ahead of me Starbucks has got to do better service for walk in customers you have lost my business to mobile orders so much for customer service you suck !!!

Overall, it served well for a late morning meeting. This is a busy location, so the atmosphere is not the most convenient if you're expecting a small table off to the side for a "quieter" conversation.

Used to be great, but recently the service is going down. Today, I ordered a Large Capuqino with oat milk. The drink was half full at best. This is insane that this half full drink costs me $7. I asked the guy behind the counter. He was a bit snarky saying "it is a Capuqino. It is normal".. I shouldn't tipped them based on that service.

Attendant who took our order was great. Only downside was when my wife's breakfast sandwich was ready - no one at the service counter called out her name, so it sat there until she finally went looking for it.

one of my go-to starbucks locations! kind staff, plus the space itself is nice and big with lots of seating so i particularly enjoy studying there.
