Very busy. I stood in the wrong lineup for a couple minutes before realizing I was in the lineup of customers waiting for their orders.
I often order mobile pickup here and it’s always been great, on time, tasty coffee and cool vibes inside

The service and drinks meet expectations, but the seating could be improved with larger, cushioned options. The store features indoor and outdoor sitting areas, although finding a table, especially when with a group, can be challenging due to limited space. There is no Drive-Thru at this location. The staff are nice and hardworking, often trying their best to keep up with customer orders and demanding visitors. The atmosphere is comfortable, as no loud music is played, making it easy to have conversations. The rewards program has changed, now requiring 100 stars for a coffee instead of the previous 50, and stars can expire. This location can be busy, making it less ideal for quiet conversations or finding small, private tables. The bathrooms have an automatic locking system that can be slow and sometimes uncertain about whether they are securely locked.
