Don’t bother with this Starbucks. Ordered bagels on door dash and payed for 4 cream cheese packets. They only sent 1 cream cheese packet. Then ordered AGAIN and paid 12$ for another bagel just to get the cream cheese and again ordered 4 cream cheese and they only sent one. Tried to call them 3 times but they didn’t answer.

The barista name Caroline was very rude amd needed a training on customer courtesy. I ordered a cold brew and I Ask for cream on the side since they gave me just black and she told me that i should put the cream inside the washroom which is very unsanitary and i am not even asking her to.put it in my cup and she just goes on and on instead of just saying i am sorry but we cannot do it. And she told me that it is unsanitary to use the sink in her work area i don't understand..She doesn't even smile She should have a training pls .

Closed before hours posted on door real nice. Ignored me completely when I tried to enter with nearly 10 minutes before closing I'm literally diabetic trying to get their attention through the glass on a hot summer day.

The customer service is great but preparing time the coffee is very slow even when there is no customers. The barista literally took 23 mins to make my chai latte. She just made 3 drinks in that 23 mins. She took her own time chatting and giggling with her team and made the drink at her own convenience. She had 0% courtesy that someone is waiting for a drink 23mins which could have been made in 5mins. Didn’t paid premium price for just the coffee but for the quick service too. Pathetic!!! I don’t know who even Starbucks employ these lazy least productive people. Shame!!

It’s not the worse Starbucks but it is consistently bad and never improves.
Terrible customer service skills! I wanted to order 3 London Fog : 1 large & 2 mediums.. and the girl (curly hair about 5'4") told me she only hv 3 bags left (due to delivery issue). So I ask if she can make 3 mediums instead and use all the 3 bags on each cups? And she told me, she will have to charge me for 3 Large, because of the amount of milk and water in these cups. And I said why?? I order 3 mediums and only have 1 bag each in it, and how could you charge me for large size?? She insisted this is how its gonna be, but that does not even make any sense at all!! She did not give any solutions and it is a very poor customer service. Really dissapointed!!

One thing this Starbucks location is lacking cleanliness!!Floors are dirty…. Never see a mop/scaperTables never get wiped down as much as they…. Sticky sticky…..Bottom line ….. how clean is behind the the counter we don’t get to see????
