My Starbucks experience was great...the staff and Baristas are always warm and friendly! Just like the Venti Hazelnut Latte I had ordered! Ahhh...take a sip and feel the crispness in the Chill of October... Great way to warm up, no need for mittens, when you have your Fav Fall drink from Starbucks! Have A Lovely Autumn... Have A Hot Latte from Starbucks!

So, I just have to ask how hard is it to put milk instead of cream! ??I’m so sick of it! I even ask, please make sure it’s milk, oh yes they say.When I get the coffee I say are you sure it’s milk , oh yes they say. Sometimes I double check, but this morning I was so sure.NOPE. That hot coffee I was so wanting to enjoy, I’ve already left the restaurant . *%#^ they did it again.
