The staff at this Subway are incredible. Paulo and his team are always so friendly and efficient. They remember all the hospital ‘regulars’ names and orders. I’m always amazed at how fast the lineups move and that the staff remain so cheerful during the busy times. Always put a smile on my face when i come here on my lunch break!

Terrible experience. I was at the hospital and I ordered from the app. I wanted a sub with lots of veggies so I ordered extra on the app but got a sandwich with very little veggies. The app asked for my experience which I gave unsatisfied experience. The owner Naresh contacted me and said I should order in store to make sure I get what I wanted, clearly ignored my issue ordering from the app. I talked to the manager Paulo and he was very angry because he was the one who made my sandwich. He says I lied about being in the hospital and about the sandwich even when I have a picture of the sandwich. Paulo says the sandwich in the picture was not the one he made. He also said I was very rude to him because I didn't thank him when I picked it up. I remember Clearly thanking him.Seems to be same complaints on here.Lack of quality food and poor customer service.
