The food was not good. Not sure I would eat lunch there again. I would go for coffee though.

Delicious food and even better coffee's, this is one of my go to breakfast spots

The local place I absolutely love

Not bad food but they charge for unusual things - like substituting fruit for meat if you are a vegetarian, or charging 50 cents for a simple leftovers box. Seems kind of tight given that it's not table service (you have to line up and clear your own table) but they still expect a tip. Not very customer centric but perfectly fine overall

Worst meal I have ever been served. $15 for “bagel and cream cheese with smoked salmon” . Got everything disassembled and not even enough cream cheese to spread on the bagel. I was informed after asking for more cream cheese that it would be an additional cost. Incredibly unprofessional of the management, the least you can do is put enough cream cheese on and assemble the meal yourself.

I might as well have gone to the grocery store and made this myself. Only worth it if you don’t own a toaster to toast your own bagel, but for the price of the meal you could buy yourself a toaster. Will not be returning. Service was fine.

Delicious breakfast sandwich and best hash browns in town! Food is always hot and fresh when it is served. Friendly service.

Best gluten free eggs Benedict that I've had in decades.

I am a long time customer, first time reviewer. The young lady taking my order was polite and professional. However it took quite a while for my food to arrive and it was lukewarm at best when it did arrive. $25 plus tip for one eggs Bene and a coffee was not great value for cost. Watching everyone clear their own tables, even wiping them off on their own made me wonder just what the staff do for their tips? Certainly not good service after the point of sale. Not one inquiry by the staff walking by delivering food to ask how my meal was or if my coffee needed refilled. I won’t be back there. You’ve lost a long time customer. Service still matters.

I found myself wondering why such a lack of seasoning was used on a breakfast meal but it may be due to them being situated right around the corner from multiple homes for seniors and their pallet may be a bit more sensitive. Their menus items can be hit and miss as my partner received an eggs Benedict with some semblance of volume to it, however my meal was very much lacking in everything but empty air and space on my half sized plate compared to hers, that including a plate of undercooked hashbrowns. Both meals with approximately twenties dollars and I got a dish that disappointed my wallet and stomache. Like I said a lack of flavour, service was nice except their position behind the counter was not that of a restaurant or breakfast diner vibe.

I don't think I will come back due to the price for the food

Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian great, if you like to eat meat I don't know if this is your place to be

An absolutely lovely spot for their baked goods, food, or coffee. A bit pricey for their fancier drinks, but overall a perfect spot to do your work or meet up for a date

Very disappointed. It has been almost 5 years since I have last been here. Due to COVID-19, I assume many things changed. The food here is not as tasty anymore. Seems like they are skimpy on the hollandaise sauce; about a table spoon per Benny. The potatos wre dry and chewy; almost no seasoning there too. Most of the items seems very overpriced for a cafe ($26 after tip for a plate of Benny). I wouldn't recommend coming here anymore.

We hadn’t been here for a while and it was another positive experience. Parking was limited but seating was plentiful. The café was clean and bright. Our meals were nicely prepared and presented. I ordered a half a salmon Benny and it was delicious. Next time for a couple of dollars more I’d opt for the full order.
