Classic Cafe situated in a historic old building in Oakbay village..the latte was a nice surprise not a cup of syrup sweetener and my chicken BLT was excellent...we will be stopping by the ice cream shop next door tomorrow
What a wonderful experience! This charming cafe has incredible food and service. The owners are genuinely lovely people who work hard to care for their customers. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed...
Friendly staff and warm environment. Lemon loaf tasted two days old but decent quality, my spinach cheese bun was only warmed up halfway but still tasted good. I would visit again if I was in the area.
