Had a delicious burger, fries, coleslaw and the service was friendly. Portions are large. You would eat here for the hearty food, not the decor/ambience. Standard family restaurant with good food. Two people cost around $50, no alcohol.

I took my dad here for his Father's Day dinner today and we loved the food, I had never been to this White Spot before so it was my first time eating here. I had my favourite burger The Legendary Burger and my dad loved the steak he even tried the Dippin Chicken tenders which is another one of my favourite meals to eat at White Spot. Our waitress was friendly and generous to ask the manager if the hockey game could be turned on the bigger TV and they did it which we greatly appreciate.

We used to order lunch at least 2-3 times a week for the RJH staff but with the construction it's so difficult to get there we don't bother but more than that the prices are getting outrageous for fish and chips...we can go to Willows Galley and get much better food for our staff and at the same price or a bit less. Not sure what's happening there but your prices are way too high. Willows Galley is a small local business and not the huge chain you are and they can provide better and more reasonably priced food? I don't get it. But honestly you folks need to find out from the city why the construction has been going on for almost a year now...it's just too much trouble trying to get there. And I'm only coming from RJH for goodness sake....smile...Cheers and good luck Joanne

We arrived at around 8 last night. There were a few other tables, but most of them paid while we were there. There were 5 front end staff running around. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table. The table beside us on 2 sides got their bills but the server never came to our table. One server was talking to the same table the whole time we were there. We got up and left after ten minutes. I said to one of the servers as we left, "you guys might actually want to serve people. We have been here for 10 minutes and no one has come to the table." They all looked at each other and it was like no one knew who's section we were sitting in. We just came from a stressful visit at the hospital and all we wanted to was eat, hell we just wanted a glass of water!

We just hit them on a bad night? Milkshake was more like milk consistency. They gave me the wrong order and when it came back with the right one the bun was clearly burnt. Luckily my kid didn't eat his and I traded. Server never checked on us and I had to flag them down to correct my order. Never asked about refills on our drinks.

Currently road construction is directly in front of the restaurant so access is awkward. The breakfast hashbrowns we extremely salty, greasy and grey looking. The manager took care of my complaint satisfactorily.

My friends and I spent Halloween night eating here, and it was the best experience ever. I didn’t catch our servers name, but the girl who served the last table on Halloween was amazing! Service was fantastic, food and drinks were delicious, and her attitude was wonderful. This location will definitely become a group favourite.
