“We were a small retreat group hosting in West Kelowna, and swung by Kekuli a day or two beforehand. Since we tried to breakfast bannocks, they were able to accommadate a last minute order for our group of 7. The ladies had a filling and yummy breakfast that kept the group full until lunchtime! ““You have to eat here!”... This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Okanagan. Firstly our server, a lovely lady named Rae, was the most charming and lovely ambassador for the students who really made our evening. When our friend found out that the restaurant does not allow tips he exclaimed, “ Why are you being so nice to us?”... Rae explained that the restaurant exists to exemplify dining excellence and she was so happy to help us enjoy the hard work all the students had put in to give us a first class experience. The food they provided was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully and the only surprise was that the cost of the meal was so low. $60 for three courses is an absolute steal for food of this quality! Well done students, well done Okanagan College and well done Rae! We will be sure to return soon. Thank you!“

“I’ve been coming here a number of times over the last few years and have found the food to be pretty consistent. The drinks, unfortunately, have been hit or miss (for me at least). These days I just skip the drinks altogether and stick to the cozy food; it’s reliably good. I’d give the food a solid 3.8/5. Also, I always love a place that you can sit outside!“

“During my older son’s hockey game my younger son and I went into Boomers to grab a hot chocolate. The young fellow at the bar helped take our order and he was so pleasant to deal with we ended up ordering some food as well. The GF pizza was hot and tasty. No dry crust. My son’s burger and fries were good as well. Overall service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Definitely will be back. Looks like the new management is doing a great job.“

On a serious note: -Missing items -Big Dipper was consistency of beef jerky -Italian sausage were like mini hockey pucks -They wanted to charge delivery fee for missing items DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!“

“This is a fast food place. It’s not bad though, you don’t feel like you’re recovering from acute poisoning afterward, as with other places. I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re on the beach nearby and want a decent burger or poutine this is a good place for that. Tad pricey“
