“We ordered for pick up. After receiving our food we realized we had locked our keys and phones in the car. They allowed me to use their phone to call roadside assistance which was going to take up to 90 min. They sat us down in the restaurant and took our to-go food to the back and plated and delivered it back to our table hot and ready to enjoy. And enjoy we did… food was fresh and delicious. Their assistance during their busiest hours was so appreciated. We ended up really enjoying our dinner and there was a lot to bring home. This yummy experience will bring us back again and again!“

“Stopped in at Voila Pastry & Cafe yesterday. The display counter was so beautiful and I had a hard time choosing. There were macarons and other beautiful cookies. I selected three cakes: Raspberry Chambord, Lemon Merengue and a chocolate. They were AMAZING! Some of the best cakes / tortes I've ever had. Definitely will be back for more.“

I remember getting Kings food as a kid at the farmers market and I continued to order from them after I moved out. The Sweet and Sour Veggie is my husband's and my favorite. We also like the hot crispy bean and the curry crispy bean. My husband is not a vegetarian like myself, but he absolutely loves the food from Kings as much as I do. Always excellent customer service and consistent quality food. Janice is an absolute sweetheart.“

My boss ordered the chicken burger with parmesan fries and so I did get the same thing and while the burger was delicious and filling, I think the fries could be even better with a little extra parmesan magic (a touch of more cheese would make them irresistible 😅).

But honestly, what truly made the visit outstanding was the service. Our server went above and beyond, she is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference and turned a good meal into a great overall experience. Because of the amazing service, this visit definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ve been here on numerous occasions over the years and they never disappoint.
All their pizza’s are great but the Square Deep-Dish pizza’s are next level amazing !
Every time I recommend or take family / friends with me to Jackknife, they are just as (if not more) impressed !

“We stumbled across the charming cafe as a tourist and, not long after, ended up moving to Kelowna within walking distance of The Marmalade Cat Cafe. Was the coffee shop a factor in our real estate decision? It certainly didn't hurt! We now walk here at least once a week for a coffee, a NYT crossword, and the mutual satisfaction of having made a positive change in our life. Get the 10 coffee punch card! You'll want to come back. :)“
