“Hidden gem in City Square! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. I loved being able to customize my salad exactly how I wanted it. The entire experience was exceptional, and the food was perfect from start to finish.We had the red wine braised short rib of beef from Double R Ranch — it melted in my mouth and the flavor was out of this world. We started with the scallops and smoked bison tartare, both of which were outstanding.For other mains, we enjoyed the wood grilled lamb, the Hank tenderloin steak, the Wagyu beef picanha from Brant Lake Farm in Alberta, Blue Dot Beef in Prince Edward Island striploin (10 oz). They were all amazing. The Blue Dot had incredible flavor — juicy, tender, and hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. Every steak was beautifully cooked and packed with flavor.We finished the evening with trying ALL THE DESSERTS! The baked Alaska was beautiful and delicious! The ice cream trio was so creamy and rich. The creme brûlée was smooth and dreamy. The chocolate cake was moist and perfectly matched with the passionfruit sauce. The fam favorite was definitely the cheesecake… we were all wanting it! Perfect flavor not too sweet and very smooth. Blackberries were a perfect match. We also had the donuts.. don’t forget about those. Im still dreaming of them. Highly recommend — a truly unforgettable meal!“

“We had the Spaghetti Meatballs & Cherry Coke Ribs. The Spaghetti, eh, honestly, you could do better, forget the pasta at the pasta place lol. Those cherry coke ribs were so unbelievably good, and the side of Lemon Pepper Grilled Brussel Sprouts. OMG I would come here just for that. We finished off the night with a Tiramisu, and it didn't dissappoint. We will definitely be back. The only negative/ complaint if that, I notice a lot of people recommend it as a date spot, if you want to chat, dont bother, the place is so friggin loud lol“

“Very cute locally owned shop. Got the egg, cheese, and tomato breakfast sandwich on multi-grain sourdough bread as well as the ABC (apple, beet, carrot) juice and both were SO flavorful. If you like egg sandwiches, this is definitely the place to go. Small breakfast menu as their other breakfast option is a wrap which had some bacon, ham, salsa, and I think another meat.“

“Great spot if you’re looking for vegan alternatives. They have a nice selection of plant-based options, and everything feels fresh and well made.

The acai bowls are especially good! It's surprisingly filling and refreshing. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you’re in the mood for something light, healthy, and tasty.“

My biggest disappointment would be the pasta I got. It was like ten pieces and after tax and tip like 40 dollars lol it was good. But sorry, the portion size is too small to justify the price. Maybe double the portion would be fair. I would never order it again at the current size/price. So I would say I love the taste but am disappointed in the portion sizes for price.“

The dry noodle dish was very good, add extra noodles for $1. The meat portion was more generous than most other ramen places. The black garlic ramen was very very tasty 😋. Very nice decor and nice servers! They play western music though so a bit surprising.

I had the pear and walnut salad with the belly pork and was not disappointed. I didn't get to try the mac and cheese that was gone in seconds but my nephew loved it and asked to come back with us ❤️ I had a brownie that had all the indulgence of a brownie but so light, hubby had Mandarin sorbet which delivered on every note, nephews had tiramisu and lemon mousse and that didn't touch the sides. “I ordered Sher donair for delivery, and it tasted alright. They gave nice slices of beef and lamb for my rice platter. They also had a spicy chicken burger that I tried. But it's a little messy to eat. Overall it's your usual donair place.“

“We found this cafe in the late afternoon of a Saturday. We needed an energy boost after walking around Granville Island. We go to Granville Island quite often, but we have never been to this side and have never noticed this cafe.

We ordered a coffee, a cookie and a tart. Everything tasted great, but they were priced towards the higher range.

The interior design looked good, too. However, towards the closing hours, the cafe might not look its best in terms of tidiness. There was a lady having a video cal behind me, and she was quite loud. She also played her hair at the same time, so much so that her hands touched my head a few times, which was quite annoying. Not the fault of the cafe, though. Perhaps if the chair was not placed so close to me, it could have helped.

In a higher end cafe like this, I did not expect people being loud like that. However, I am not a regular to cafes, so I do not have an idea of how people normally behave.“

I got the Pistachio and Carne Mista pizzas, and both were a pleasant surprise. The Pistachio pizza was slightly sweet, while the Carne Mista had a bit of spice, and together they made a really nice combination.
