“Love this cactus club, go to this one often whenever I'm out. The food and drinks are always good, and the view is really nice. The service is well done as well. only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere, it is an overall comfortable space. However, it's often cold, dark, and very loud (almost feel's like a night club).

Dietary restrictions: This cactus club has okay gluten free options, definitely better and safer places if that's something you struggle with! My celiac friend always ends up with a steak, and they always take extra care for her meal! Pretty sure they don't have gluten free fryers but could be wrong

Wheelchair accessibility: This place is a pretty good option if considering wheelchair accessibility. The bar area is not accessible. however, the rest of the space could easily be good.“

“5 stars! Zack at Earls in Kelowna provided exceptional service during our visit. He was attentive, friendly and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. We were also impressed by Cash, the manager, who showed great leadership by gathering the team for a quick meeting, offering encouragement and support to everyone. It was clear he fosters a positive, motivated environment. I highly recommend Earls and enjoying the great team atmosphere!“

“Had a very lovely dinner here tonight! Started with a charcuterie board and a cheese board and both were amazing, they complement each other beautifully but would have been just as good as a stand alone appy! I had the chicken sandwich (buffalo style with added Gorgonzola cheese), as my main and it was delicious! Our table also enjoyed all three desserts to share and they were very wonderful, perfect crème brûlée, a light lemon pound cake with ice cream and blueberries, and a great cheesecake brownie combo! The service was above and beyond! Truly an incredible experience! Thank you!“

“Came to diner deluxe with a friend, was super busy (which makes sense because the food is so yummy here)! They have a very large menu to choose from! This location is right on lakeshore so easy access to the beach afterwards! The view from outside is beautiful and inside is decorated lovely. Service was friendly however very slow, only saw our server a few times... This is incomparable to the food though, so I'd 100% recommend!“

“Best fish & chips I have ever had. Even better than the fish n chips I ate in London. The fish was light, airy & crispy. The fries were homemade fresh cut style, with perfect seasoning. They also have a large selection of gluten free, celiac safe menu items that makes this little hidden gem extra speical. 10/10 would recommend!!“

“We celebrated my sister-in-law's 40th birthday on the Boardroom. We had a group of 16 and enjoyed the 5:30pm boat cruise with dinner. Dinner options included chicken, steak, or salmon. All were delicious! Everyone really enjoyed their dinner! The boat crew were amazing! Our captain, bartender and chef were all very friendly, kind and approachable. They provided top notch service! We also had live entertainment which was fantastic!

I went on Oct 3/24 for the $2.00 oysters....can I say WOW? It was. There was also live music in the bar area and this young woman was exceptional. Her voice was brilliant and I so enjoyed myself. “The Eldorado never disappoints ?. We try to get there ever time we come to Kelowna. There was room for us to dine without a reservation in the formal dining area and I truly wish I could remember our servers name as I am writing this review 3 days later. Beautiful low lit dining room, perfect atmosphere for sharing a quiet moment. The food was impressive in presentation and timing. Slow paced, no pressure. Lake view on top of it all. Love it!“

And of course, we couldn’t leave without having the sticky toffee pudding—an absolute must here!

“A lovely coffee shop with outside seating. I ordered an iced sugar free caramel latte which was good. The beans had more of a nutty, chocolate taste which was interesting. My mother in law had an iced matcha latte with one shot of vanilla which she really enjoyed. A convenient location and the staff were friendly.“
