Disappointing experience. We came as a small group of five and each of us only had one or two beers. Despite that, the restaurant automatically added a 20% gratuity “for groups,” which felt completely unreasonable for such a simple, low-effort order.
There was no warning from the server, and it came as a surprise on the bill. A mandatory tip should make sense for large parties or full-service meals, not for a few drinks. It left a bad impression and felt more like a hidden charge than a gratuity. Because of this, I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Just found this after trying to get into el furniture warehouse but there was a wait. Came for apres ski and happy hour is FANTASTIC! Beer is 55 and fish tacos were massive and so good. Also had a great poutine for 10$. Family style vibe but super chill without the crazy loud music in the village. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure! Friends ordered the ricotta cheese and honey and it looked amazing! Great happy hour and apres ski!

Worst dinner in my life!
I had to wait an hour, after watching my table mates finish their food, for a mediocre burger. Service was terrible. Would not recommend. Please don’t go. For your own sake.

Really disappointed. Standards for whistler restaurants should be much higher than this. Not one person at my table of 7 enjoyed our meal, my pulled pork sandwich was dry and the fries were under seasoned and not crispy. Slow service and orders were wrong.

This honestly might be some of the most mid meals I have ever eaten. Not only did my ribs come cold the first time around. The mashed potatoes were disgustingly flavoured and the portion of the meal is ridiculous for $30. The waitress was kind enough to send it back. The vegetables are clearly frozen and it tastes like a 3 year old experimenting in the kitchen. Maybe it's the quality of the food that just sucks and the poor chef is unable to do anything about it, or the chef is just not that great at cooking. Honestly save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else in Whistler village. At the end I tipped 10% and the waitress gave us a spiel about how we should have tipped more because it comes out of her pocket if we don't. If you're going to charge $30 for the worst food in Whistler, you might as well pay your staff properly instead of putting it on the customer and guilt tripping them into tipping for regular service and bad food.

Food was not good and took about an hour to get out meal which was eggs and toast, a bowl of soup and avocado toast.
Had coffee which was fairly mediocre and our server never bothered to ask if we wanted a refill.
The bowl of soup (turkey) was more like a cup of soup and seemed like it came out of a store bought can (for $19!)
The total meal cost was ridiculous. Over $138. There are better options in Whistler. Avoid this place.

Food was great. Arthur's service was excellent with friendly smile all the time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Worst dining experience. 1 hour wait for the Pizza, my seatmates were already finished their food. The Server (man) didn't even apologize, no effort to say even a simple sorry; incapable of handling restaurant/kitchen issues without offering solution, instead he was giving unnecessary bad jokes, not even funny. So frustrating and disappointing. Disrespectful.
Restaurant was not even full, but the service was so bad. Understaffed.
It takes ages from taking orders to serving food. Fish & Chips: fish was way overcooked; Mac and cheese was too dry, sauce barely coated the pasta, not enough cheese; overpriced!
Seafood pasta: mussels were way overcooked; not even a hint of white wine on flavor profile.
Not recommended. Worst dining experience. Restaurant ambiance is way too tired.

This was one of the worst restaurant hygiene experiences I’ve had. During breakfast, I found hair in my eggs, which immediately raised concerns about food safety and kitchen cleanliness. I reported it to the staff, expecting the plate to be discarded and replaced.
Instead, they took the food back to the kitchen and brought it back to me. Shockingly, it was clearly the same plate, because when I looked again, there was more hair in the eggs. This suggests the food was not remade and that basic sanitation protocols were ignored.
Serving food with hair once is bad enough. Returning the same contaminated plate is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of hygiene standards, quality control, and staff training. This is a legitimate health concern, not just a cosmetic issue.
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who cares about clean food, proper food handling, and safe dining conditions. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Terrible place. I found hair in my food, and the owner kept saying he didn't see it. I sent it back, and when they brought it, I found hair again.

The food was okay. I ordered the Mountain Burger and the patty tasted like a typical ski resort burger with ski resort pricing. The inside was cozy and the service was decent, no complaints.

Would give a 0 star review if I could. Worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten! Not to mention over $5 for a Nespresso coffee

Went a couple years ago when I had friends visiting. Everything was closed and this was open… wish it wasn’t. The reviews speak for themselves and I haven’t been back since. Hopefully all seasons can make some changes

Feels like 2005, priced like 2025. Food tasted good.
Service wonderful, tension between management and staff felt awkward.
Prime location feels wasted and could be improved by modernized leadership; look across the street for inspiration.
