We had breakfast at Braidwood Tavern at Four Seasons Resort Whistler during our stay, and it was such a wonderful experience.
One of the highlights was the Truffle Parmesan Fries — perfectly crispy, generously topped with fresh arugula and finely grated Parmesan, with a delicious aioli on the side. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavours were rich without being too heavy.

We had a fabulous dinner at Braidwood. The Braised Wagyu Chuck Flat was outstanding! Highly recommended!
Had an amazing date night here last week! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to our server, Lucy, for her fantastic wine recommendations—they paired perfectly with our meal. We had such a great experience and can't wait to come back the next time we're in town!

Braidwood Tavern offers a nice place to enjoy delicious food during happy hours. The vegan bolognese is incredible, alongside other vegan options like Brussels sprouts and kale salad. The drinks are creative and tasty, and the corn empanadas remain a favorite. The food is phenomenal and delicious, with highlights including the crab bisque, the flavorful seafood linguine, and the fantastic Halibut. The burgers are a must try. While some reviews noted that the vegan entree could be improved, the Butter Chicken was mentioned as needing a tweak towards a more savory flavor. The Korean BBQ wings are also delicious. The servers are quick, attentive, and go above and beyond, providing exceptional service and explaining everything about the menu. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and beautiful with a chill ambiance, making it a great choice for families, although it can be busy during peak times. The patio provides a gorgeous and cozy setting with the perfect amount of shade. It’s a gem worth checking out, even if it's off the beaten path, with free valet parking available. Highly recommended for a return visit, especially for special occasions.
