“on friday april 18th i was at the restaurant and suddenly felt unwell before ordering. on my way to the restroom i colapsed. The staff was immediately there to help me. They were very helpful and professional. They got me to the washroom and when i felt a little better called me a taxi. Cant thank them enough. wish I remembered the waiters name to thank him personally. 10 out of 10 for customer care.“

“I have updated my previous 1 star review to a 4-star review. I initially had a 5 star review pre covid and was disappointed in the menu changes and did not visit Tapleys for my next few visits to Whistler. I visit Whistler regularly every year (February, June, October, December).
I decided to try tapleys again after some time, and I enjoyed their chicken wrap. They were quick in getting our food out, and the cocktails were great. The owner reached out to me after my 1 star review by email, and it showed me they cared. So the customer service here is great.
I will make this a 5 star review if Tapleys ever brings back their platter. (Chicken wings, chicken tenders, dry rib bites, fries, and some vegetables with dip). It is great for groups, and if a higher price is warranted, I'm sure we wouldn't mind paying for the option.“
