“This is my second time at MeeT on Main and I am writing it yet another review as it truly deserves! This place is a MUST go. Last year I found myself unsure of where to take my girlfriend for our first real dinner date due to her dietary restrictions and tentatively made our way for this Vegan restaurant that both I and her had raised a brow about (For more on that review seek out Raven Bramblepaw on Google reviews to see!) But we are more than pleased to say we have returned and couldn't be happier to have done so, this time bringing with us my girlfriends parents. The food was just as good as we remembered, possibly even better as it is not an over exaggeration that if you did not know what was infront of you was vegan, you likely wouldn't guess. This restaurant will continue to be a staple for my relationship with my girlfriend Fox, and we will continue to come back every year if we should be so lucky. Thank you Astrid and Co. for the warm return welcome, and we look forward to coming back for another tasty bite!“

“I Love coming to Tap and Barrel Convention Center, specially during the summer. Love seating on Patio ( June 23 ) this was a walking- 4pax. There was too many guests to patrons ratio, service was not so great and the one ( 1) umbrella policy on a super sunny day is not really feasible specially for a table for four (4). The food never disappoints - KUDOS to the kitchen staff for that day. This was your saving grace . Yesterday's ( July 10 2026), everything was great,food & service. It was a little too warm in the restaurant for my liking. Maybe, put in portable fans for air circulation. Cheers !“

“Really enjoyed this place. The broth was clean and had great flavor, noodles were perfectly chewy, and the meat was cooked so well - really tender. The fried tofu paired nicely with the udon too, seasoning was spot on.

Next time I want to try their cold udon, curious how it compares!“

“I was so surprised and very happy with how good everything was! the person at the front helped me so much with all my questions and explained which to get. I ended up with the beef mushroom and because I got the large, I got an egg. There was so much food I had to save it for the next day! Next time I come, I’ll be getting the curry beef as that looked just as good!“

“I ordered crispy kare-kare and my wife settled for seafood pasta. The serving although we ordered solo, can feed two people. I would say that I loved the crispy kare-kare and my wife was happy with her pasta. The owner and other staff are so warm and you can feel Filipino vibes as soon as you enter the restaurant (we went to Kingsway branch). Keep it up!“

The food tastes authentic, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving authentic Taiwanese food.“

“I was visiting from Calgary and came to the establishment with my boyfriend. I had a really great time! Just like the location in Calgary, the staff was awesome! Super accommodating which was kind since Fifa was going on! We look forward to attending again in the near future“

Bubbles was also friendly and welcoming, and Suhk in the kitchen did a great job. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and the entire team provided outstanding customer service. “Boiling Point is always so satisfying, and this place is no exception! I love their beef and Korean bean paste soups. Their lunch deal is great too with the free drinks. This location is also very clean and the staff are great. I recommend checking out their unlimited meat deal when they have it every so often.“

“Pretty solid Taiwanese hot pot place. Broth tastes fresh, veggies look like they were chopped same day, and the meat slices come out nicely arranged, not frozen bricks. Lots of options for add-ons, so it’s easy to tweak your pot. Staff is chill, service pace felt okay, works for me.“
