Wows how did I not know about this hidden gem! We had breakfast Sammy and waffles and they were both so so delicious! Really pretty and serene decor too. Spacious with great music and cute little books to read.

The Fully Loaded Sammy included smoky bacon, egg, chicken, peppery arugula, red cabbage, banana peppers, sharp cheddar, pumpkin seed pesto, and smoked cashew cream cheese on a lightly toasted brioche bun. Despite all the ingredients, I could really only taste the pesto, which I personally didn't like. However, my partner enjoyed the Sweet Waffle & Blueberries.

AM Cafe is a popular and cozy plant-based brunch spot. The food is insanely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes like the avocado toast with “egg” and “bacon” and a tasty tuna melt sandwich. The staff are amazing and accommodating. While the coffee was a miss for one guest, being bitter, the overall experience is positive. It is a great place for a Saturday morning brunch, and many people look forward to trying its other food creations. The concept, that Animals Matter, is clearly appreciated by its many customers.
