“The interior is nice, many tables and seating at the bar. Some TVs with sports but never a raucous sports crowd. Amazing beer selection on tap including Russian River as well as a few mixed drinks on tap and bottles to make drinks (seldom happens). I have had all of the tacos and most of the sandwiches. They are all nicely put together with good ingredients, and the pricing is the norm of expensive for these days in a place such as Bellingham. Staff are an eclectic crowd and generally very friendly, welcoming and interesting if there is a minute to chat.“
“Hands down the best brisket in Bellingham. A properly understated atmosphere to let you know the focus is on the fare, and it shows.Respectfully, anyone complaining about portions or pricing doesn’t know barbecue. I can’t think of a spot in any place I’ve lived doing it this well for these prices.Big Stick immediately hooked me and I’ll be stopping in any time I get a hankering for that sweet marbled goodness. Congrats to the team, you got something special here.“
“A visit to Brandywine Kitchen in Bellingham became an unforgettable experience with my boisterous uncle-in-law in tow. Amidst his lively stories and hearty laughter, we ordered the French dip. It was a culinary delight, perfectly cooked with flavors that mingled splendidly. The warm, inviting atmosphere of Brandywine Kitchen coupled with their delicious fare made for a delightful outing, turning a simple meal into a cherished memory.“
“Very good Manhattan (don't know why that should be difficult). Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside bread came out immediately without asking. Clam chowder is my gauge for what to expect from a restaurant. This was one of the best; thick, clammy- baby clams in shell, alot. Another test is the fish and chips; great batter, good fish, alot. I will go back when I'm t own again just for those 2 entrees. The Beef Cheek? Ah..... no.“
