Sydney was the best server. We had a big and difficult table to split with payment and she organised it flawlessly. She was super professional and positive throughout!! Kudos to her!!
The servers here are genuinely very friendly and cheerful. The venue is great. I am disappointed with food quality. The chef obviously is capable of making good food however the ingredients weren’t fresh at all. Hopefully it’s just one day occurrence.
We recently ate at Harajuku Izakaya and really enjoyed the food — everything we ordered tasted great and the quality was impressive. However, the service experience felt lacking. Our server seemed constantly in a rush: there was no proper greeting or warm welcome, and interactions mostly consisted of taking our order and clearing plates.
