It has great ambience, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an ever evolving menu that surprises and delights no matter how often you visit. They have an excellent and thoughtfully curated wine list and their botanical mixed drinks always bring joy. I often find myself daydreaming about their charcuterie board (I wish I could have that delivered nightly). The proteins on the menu are generally static, but the preparation and accompanying dishes change depending on what is in season and what new and imaginative ingredients the chef is able to source. Finally, don’t forget to order beers for the kitchen. They work hard to deliver an amazing experience for you and a couple of beers is small reward for their efforts!“
