A bit quiet as it is shoulder season, but we’re able to cater for our large party in the private dining area. Food was excellent. Service was quick correct and with a smile. I didn’t get the waiters name but he was brilliant. Italian food at it’s best, lots of specials. Large selection of drinks.

This is absolutely amazing restaurant. We have been multiple times in Italy and here I got the best risotto in my life. Every meal was special. We do enjoy cocktails as well! We have been in several restaurants here in Whistler but this was the best so far. Awesome job to the whole team!
We went to multiple restaurants in Whistler and Quattro had the tastiest food! All the pasta / spaghetti was very good! But for me, the tastiest was the risotto with smoked scallops! Also, cocktails were great - I finally found one not too sweet and not too sour for my taste!
We visited Restaurant Quattro and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the mushroom pasta with a side salad – the food was well-seasoned, fresh, and the portion size was just right. The salad was crisp and complemented the main dish perfectly. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We were pleasantly surprised with almost everything while having dinner at Quattro’s. We shared rigatoni with burrata cheese and one of the specials which was a bone in veal steak. The portions, sides and flavours were the best I’ve had in a long time. Our server was excellent (I wish I remembered her name). Attentive but not annoying and answered all our questions. The only recommendation would be to have more options for wines that have a better price point.

Mama mia! Deliciousness. Pleasing experience from service to meals. Group of 6 of us ordered a variety of items, starting with appetizers that were vibrant, fresh and packed full of flavor. We got a couple salads and Burrata cheese. Entrées were pastas and a couple steaks. The pasta of the day was a light scallop and seabass tossed in olive oil and herbs. The proteins were cooked greatly, but the pasta is the clear winner, so tender but has a flavorful chew. The steak on bed of mustard sauce was scrumptious. The meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce paired it so well. One in the group wanted seafood with a tomato sauce pasta because they couldn't eat meat and the server/chef were able to accommodate to a tee. Very much worth the visit while on a trip out her in Whistler.
