Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar Reviews
We walked in and right out of the gate out Bar tenders had 4mo+. experience and were barely - maybe, of drinking age. Poured to the oz. And, not a drop over. Had no idea how to make a drink. 🥃 let alone about certain alcohols or mixed drinks. Then only followed our instructions without a clue ! What a huge disappointment for such a big push from everyone in town to come here….something was very off! Then our waitress was not in a good mood. Also very young, inexperienced...read full review

Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar offers a memorable dining experience with beautifully presented and delicious dishes, emphasizing fresh and high-quality ingredients. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, with experienced servers providing excellent care. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular 4-course prix fixe for $40, which offers great value. Standout dishes include the duck confit, which is fabulous, generous, and expertly prepared, alongside the oysters served with a rich bone broth sauce, and the 6oz tenderloin, cooked to perfection. Guests have enjoyed the squash soup, steel head, and cauliflower caesar, although some found the New York strip just okay due to its thin cut. The ambiance is modern and chic, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or date night, although some visitors have noted a high noise level compared to other fine dining restaurants in the area. Many have praised the overall food quality, describing the seafood tower and oysters as incredible, and mentioning that the sourdough is especially delicious. The sticky toffee pudding has also been highlighted as fabulous. While guests appreciate the impeccable service, some feel the experience can feel rushed. Overall, Wild Blue is highly recommended for anyone visiting Whistler for its excellent food, attentive service, and stylish atmosphere, with many looking forward to their next visit.
