We had to borrow other customers for the menu because our server never gave us any. We had to walk to the bar for beers that never show up at our table. At the end of the night, the server said she couldn’t split the bills and then scold us for giving less than 15% tips that she doesn’t deserved in the first place! We came to Lunch with family and friends. We ordered and came after 40mins. Unfortunately, the rice has hair. Then when were paying the server forcing us to give her a 15% tip even though her service was poor and unfriendly. She said it's included. Worst service restaurant and server in Vancouver. I hope to terminate that server. However, we still gave her a tip because she forced us.
If I can give 0 I would definitely would. Went here to eat New year lunch with my family and friends, the Lady who served us was so rude. And we want us to tip her 15%. We can give that tips but the way she said it to us infront of other customers and the way she rolled her eyes was so annoying.
