“I remember coming through Invermere when I was 5 or 6 and being amazed by the Black Forest restaurant. I always wanted to stop and eat there but we never did. As an adult, I'd pass through the town but never had the opportunity to eat there. 40 years later, I finally made it. It was worth the wait. The food, the staff, the atmosphere; it was everything I thought it would be. I had the Bavarian Platter and it was perfect. The food is almost beyond description. We had the black forest cake and the cheesecake for dessert, both highly recommended. After 40 years of waiting, I was absolutely NOT disappointed. The 5-year old boy in me was squealing with delight. Thanks for making my boyhood dream a happy reality! 5 stars to everyone that was there on Sunday September 14th!”

“Another amazing experience at Fubuki, seriously the best Tako Yaki ever!! Only the bar was open for dinner service but the staff made us feel right at home. We had the special for two, the Tako Yaki, and the Rocky Mountain Roll - everything was delicious! The sushi chef gave us a taste of the most incredible yellowfin and our server remembered us from our first visit a year ago! Such a great night ❤️”
