“It’s hard to resist a traditional A&W Root Beer in the heat of the summer! This location in the heart of Kelowna across from Orchard Park mall was worth taking the time to right a review! There are a lot of tempting new menu items and new drinks too and I really should come back for some of those but on a hot day I REALLY just wanted an icy cold root beer! I did go a further stretch and had the latest frozen root beer and it is a struggle which one to pick now! Along with the rootbeer I the classic cut fries were great and I think it was maybe the owner / franchisee serving us. I should have got her name. She was awesome. This may be fast food but she paid complete attention to customer service and made my day. I also noticed that she did the same with each of the guests following us and then made her rounds in the restaurant tidying up and getting things back in order between guests. Everything was very clean. The food was hot and the drinks cold.“

“Craft Beer Market was a wonderful experience! My boss ordered the chicken burger with parmesan fries and so I did get the same thing and while the burger was delicious and filling, I think the fries could be even better with a little extra parmesan magic (a touch of more cheese would make them irresistible 😅).

But honestly, what truly made the visit outstanding was the service. Our server went above and beyond, she is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference and turned a good meal into a great overall experience. Because of the amazing service, this visit definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ll gladly come back to explore more of the menu!“

“I had never been here before but I had a glass of wine and the pulled pork sandwich (I subbed regular fries for the waffle fries) which were both really good. The bun was toasted so it had a nice crunch to it! Some of the pulled pork was a bit dry at times but other than that no complaints about the food. The inside is really cute with Christmas lights strong across the restaurant from side to side and anything and everything you can imagine plastered all over the walls.. there's a lot to look at if you're there by yourself! Only complaint about the atmosphere was the mosquitoes and fruit flies... but I was sitting by the window so this could be the reason for that.“

Had the Charred Tomato & Spinach Benedict (filling and a very juicy tomato, one bite and the juice squirted all over) and the $20 BC Summer Bundle (Legendary burger, Caesar salad, blueberry pie). Good value for the price. The Legendary burger doesn't come with lettuce and tomato by default, but it can be included free upon a diner's request. We did feel shorted with the fresh blueberry pie. While it was tasty, the blueberries in our pie shell didn't come close to what's depicted in their advertising (online and in-restaurant). It looked a little sad.

Service was attentive and the price point is fair. Have been to many White Spot locations, and would recommend the chain as a whole.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. My 2 single burgers for$5 were nice too. :) Thanks.“
