“I don't normally post reviews but I made an exception given this A&W is a standout performer. I go here regularly now (switched from Tim Hortons across the street due to cold, rude service and inconsistent quality). The food, coffee, and service at this A&W is consistently top notch. Every one of the staff has a positive, kind and authentic attitude. And the food matches the service - my daughter commented once that the teen burger she had there was the best she's ever had. I met the owner once via the drive through and you can tell that he leads by example. As a regular, they always greet me by name (even my dog!) - Sukh, Jas, Navpreet, and Karem (sorry if I missed anyone) - they are all doing a wonderful job. Thanks for starting my mornings on a positive vibe!“

“Craft Beer Market was a wonderful experience! My boss ordered the chicken burger with parmesan fries and so I did get the same thing and while the burger was delicious and filling, I think the fries could be even better with a little extra parmesan magic (a touch of more cheese would make them irresistible 😅).

But honestly, what truly made the visit outstanding was the service. Our server went above and beyond, she is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference and turned a good meal into a great overall experience. Because of the amazing service, this visit definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ll gladly come back to explore more of the menu!“

“Great place in downtown Kelowna for some good food and good drinks! I came here with my wife for the first time and it was definitely worth it. Prices are a bit high, but food was amazing and drinks very tasty.
We had The Juke burger with sweet fries and a BBQ Pulled pork Mac and cheese. For drinks we had a strawberry peach margarita and a pineapple soda.“

“Matthew! Was the Man! Skip had messed up big time, and had all sorts of Sauce up in my Girls Burger. Even before I could say a word of proof he had a New one fired up. Got to the Restaurant for the replacement and had the most Chipper and Friendly Man Greet me. Had a small chat and showed him Skip wouldn't even show the sauces. Gave a friendly goodbye and Coupon. “White spot is one of my favourite restaurants. I get beef dip almost every time. I would say the only complaint is that the amount of meat on it is inconsistent. I love it and go for theirs specifically because it's loaded with neat but sometimes it's like half the amount of meat. The last time we went it was half the amount of meat and my bun was so soaked it was mush on the bottom. They had to remake it and took quite a while and then came back and took the other one which kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, because I could have put the meat on mine to make it the normal piled amount. And I know they take that to just throw it out and I hate food being wasted. However other than that, their food is always very good and the staff are awesome and I love the chill quiet atmosphere. Bathrooms are always clean too.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day.
