“Their burger was really good , tasty and very filling! Good atmosphere restaurant ! Very good and classy server too! Three of us are celebrating our birthdays September and October and WE WERE GIVEN EACH FREE DESSERT from the MENU which was very generous of them! So, I am going back to this restaurant for their service. I am strongly recommending them for their very good service and tasty filling burgers! Worth it! “Celebrated a Valentine’s Day dinner here and Addison was top notch. Service was amazing, the perfect balance of being attentive, but not in our face. She was friendly, engaging and just all around amazing. 10/10 service, wish every server was as incredible as her. Food and drinks were also 10/10.“

“Honestly, the most impressive service I have received in this city, staff is super friendly, and the food comes out quick! Megan, our server was excellent, and the manager Jazmin clearly knows the right way to run a restaurant. We had drinks within two minutes, apps came out hot and fresh less than five minutes after that. I’ve been to other Browns, but this one is hands down the best!“

“The girl named Shen was really good. She thought she talked in a very politely manner and we were very happy with her service and the service of the Garden Dr., A&W is very very very bad. I wanna rate them -10,000 because their service is really bad. We especially drove from our house to this A&W and it was 5 km away from our house like we drove more but their service is awesome. I want to recommend all the people who eat A&W in Kelowna town to come here.“

I came into the store with my son with some questions regarding the ice cream cakes. The two gentleman working were absolutely amazing and helpful. I’m 9 months pregnant and super exhausted and they made my cake purchasing experience for my husband a good one.

“Wonderful owner and staff!! Friendly service, yummy blizzards, and also loved the spicy chicken wrap. They even hosted a charity event and donated all proceeds to the BC Children’s hospital! Nice patio with umbrellas and lots of parking. 10/10!“

“This is my favourite fast food chain because it’s restaurant-food (White Spot), just on-the-go! The food is consistently very good quality and it’s delicious! It’s expensive because it’s actual restaurant food, not McDonald’s processed junk. You pay for quality.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. My 2 single burgers for$5 were nice too. :) Thanks.“

“VERY SKIMPY ON NAPKINS. HAVE TO ASK WHEN ORDERING FOOD FOR NAPKINS AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU NOT ENOUGH TO CLEAN WHEN EATING A SLOPPY BURGER . MAYBE MANAGEMENT CAN LOOK AT THIS ISSUE---I AM THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK....OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS HAVE NAPKINS AT THE TABLES.“
