Subway in Chico

“i normally go to the one on nord because is close to my home but I I was close to this subway on the way and was in a hurry and I’m very impressed with the young lady working their she is so fast and her service is so professional and so nice I was surprise because all the subways I go to the people always have a attitude and so unhappy and they make the most nasty sandwiches but this lady she is clean fast friendly I left her $5 tip I hope she is seen by her bosses , from know on I’ll be coming to this location“

“I've always had good experiences here. The food is fresh, the ingredients are consistently good, and I like being able to customize my meal exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and service is usually quick, even during busy times. On this visit, the CO₂ was out for the fountain drink machine, so the sodas weren't carbonated. These things happen from time to time, and I just wanted to mention it as an FYI for anyone stopping by. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I'd definitely come back again.“

“Subway doesn't deliver food. Only 3rd party apps like door dash deliver food.And so sorry for the person who had a bad experience at that location. Usually if you call and talk to the manager with any complaints or discrepancies the issue will be resolved immediately. I know they have had a hard time finding decent employees lately, but the ones that are good mean well and don't like working around snotty people just as much as the customers don't like being served by them.“

“Long day in the sun and really needed to refresh not only with food but a good service and attitude. Subway in Wal Mart and good Friday.......crazy times but my man NICK came thru ....... Not only fast and efficient but friendly way appreciate“

“Great customer service!! The new store is very well done, very clean and super easy to read the menu's. My husband and I, love how Subway and Mama Deluca's Fast, Delicious Pizza are both in business with each other!! If someone isn't feeling like a sub sandwich, they can go for pizza, or vice-versa. Great place to take the family as well.“

“The employees who work there are super nice. It's always nice to see their smiling faces there. Unfortunately, the computer that they use keeps freezing for whatever reason, and that explains why I got free food from there, which is weird. I hope someday they fix this problem in the future.“
