“The service at this location is always great. I run a business close by and use this subway regularly to feed my staff. The owner and staff are always very accommodating (even upon short notice) and friendly. I give them my highest recommendation.“

“I grab a sandwich at this Subway a few times a month on the way home and it's always good. I order on the app and my food is always ready when they say it will be. The employees are always friendly and the service is speedy. I've tried a few other Subway locations in West Roseville and this one is by far the best.“
“I was craving Subway. This one was the closest to me and although it only had 2 stars I thought I would at least check it out. I could always go to another sub shop since there are 2 others close by. The door was locked with a note saying Bathroom Break. I waited since from outside the store looked very clean. The employee came from the back and unlocked the door, apologized for having it locked. Greeted me and went to her station to take my order. so far I was impressed with the cleanliness and her demeanor. As soon as she walked to her area she washed her hands! Yay!! She is batting 1.000. My sandwich was great, her service was very good so I really have no idea why people scored this Subway so low. FYI I manage a business which also has a restaurant inside it. I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of this store and I was impressed with the employee who was working. Thanks for taking care of my Subway craving!!“

“im not sure of the name of the sandwich artist but whoever is working at 9:00 pm on feb 4th 2019 is a very very nice guy. im picky and likely irritating to who is making my food but he was very nice and made my wrap perfectly and he didnt once stop smiling or act like i was on his nerves. im big on good customer service. so many people act like customers are a bother and that ruins my dining experience. I will give many stars to places even if the food is mediocre if the customer service is om point. here my wrap was wonderful AND i got good customer service. double yea!“
“The store is clean and the servicers are sweet and accommodating. My only problem is that they no longer have swiss cheese and brown bread. So without those two things I will not be going back. However, that doesn't mean the store isn't right for you. If you don't want swiss cheese and brown bread, it will be a great place for you.Parking: Parking is close to the store.Wheelchair accessibility: If you use a wheelchair it will be fine. The store is accessible.“
“I just wanted to give a shout out to this Subway! My husband and I have tried different Subways in the area because as everyone knows there are a lot of them. At this location all of the employees are so very kind! I love there customer service and with that said the sandwiches are always delicious!! I love the spicy Italian with pepper jack cheese. All of the produce is fresh!! My husband picks the meatball sandwich everytime and a chicken wrap, they are always perfect! We love getting the footlong so we have extra for later! Nothing better then this Subway shop on a hot day because nobody wants to cook!!“
“Stopped going to this location a while back due to clueless employees, skimpy sandwich ingredients and poor customer service. But because of location convenience, we crossed our fingers and visited again yesterday. What a complete turn around in customer service! The two girls behind the counter, Natalie and Laila (I always get names of exceptional customer service reps) we're so quick, efficient and knowledgeable. As they were making our sandwiches, they were telling us about all of the new sandwiches on the menu. They were very personable, fun and looked happy doing their job. The sandwiches were great and we left pretty impressed. Kudos to the manager for having well-trained employees that appear to like their job. We'll be back!“
