I just received some of the worst service I have ever received at a business at this Subway location.
The woman making our sandwiches didn’t greet us, was slamming down the sauces as she was making the sandwiches and overall, in a horrible mood and made it very clear. Just based on her attitude alone, I would probably never return to this location.

Sandwich was soggy. Paid for my sandwich at 8:35pm. Hours said open til 9pm. I was expecting to be able to eat my sandwich there. She said “I close my doors in 10 minutes.” I said “Oh, so I can’t eat my sandwich here?” She said “No.”
Poor customer service. You should be open when you advertise you’re open. Had to eat my sandwich in my car in the dark.

I ordered a subway sandwich on the app, showed my receipt and pickup time . When I got there , they said they didn’t get my order and couldn’t serve me. I told them the money left my acct and this was the receipt. They told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the manager. Finally the manager agreed to let them make it for me after 40 minutes. They asked if I get a refund that I would return the money to them. I agreed.
