“My wife and I both agree that today we had the best Subway turkey and cheese we can remember. Maybe we were real hungry or they may have changed the bread but I could tell from how it was being put together that this was top sandwich making. I left a tip before even trying it.“

I went in to grab a sandwich after moving into the apartment across the street. Seeing the low score made me nervous, but after entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the cleanest subway i have ever seen! The staff was friendly, and patient with my 5 complicated orders, and they were generous with all the ingredients. My brother went into the bathroom and described it as "it felt like it had never been used" because of how clean it was. I'm not sure why it has such low ratings, but my experience was totally different!“

“I havent eaten at subway in 12 years. But after they were bought the other day i was like lets give subway a shot. And boy did it pay off. First of all my sandwich literally looks like the commercial thats number one for me. “The service was great, very nice people, food was mostly great. The reason isThey charge a bit extra for avocado, which is fine. They cut an avocado that was rottening. I noticed it at the end before they closed the sandwich. I came home and opened the sandwich and half of avocado pieces was black/rotten which I needed to toss out. I was upset because the woman saw it rotten but still placed it inside and squishing it so I couldn't see. That was my major disappointment. The food overall excluding that was amazing and customer service was nice. Just wish they were more considerate about rotten food, especially when workers see it bad.“

“The staff rearned my wallet that was left at the Counter.The customer behind me gave my wallet to the stas. I left oblivious to leaving it. I am so thankful to the customer and the staff for their honesty. words cannot express how happy I when I knocked on the door.At 6:55 AM. There's two spots for disabled parking but no lines are drawing for regular parking there's an estimate for a few more spots. “I've been to a lot of subways since I'm always on the road working or running errands. This location is inside Walmart and when I went, the line wasn't long. Probably had 2-3 people ahead of me. The staff there was very nice and polite. Worked efficiently and made sure the order was correct. The sandwich was tasty like always.“

“Small location but very clean, fast and friendly service. I read a few reviews concerning coupons so I was hesitant to use them here but the Latina lady offered to scan my coupon before I ordered and it went through! The coupons say that they’re valid on participating locations so it’s understandable when they don’t go through, it’s not the sandwich artist fault that some coupons aren’t valid. I enjoyed my sandwich very much, definitely coming back soon.“

“Okay. Here is to everyone reading this. This is the best subway service out there. The way they make the food, or sandwiches to the best most accurate way without breaking the rules. Many, but not all are very stuck up in downtown, they believe they own the place. The review about the women who said she hates mobile orders, she has every right to say that. The subway is a small team, and it's not fast food. Most fast food like MCDONALDS, and BurgerKing have that extra area for mobile orders. Subway is smaller organization, and a healthier option but not meant to take additional mobile orders at the fact that, they come in during lunch time. It's downtown, lunch time. You are cutting all the people and making others upset. It wasn't the subway workers choice to open up their app and doordash. Theyre only human, and as much as the customer is right, the workers have to repeat this process over and over again even if it's what they signed up for, the least one could do if no tip, is to have customer service toward the customers too. I was hesitant to go to this location due to the reviews but I was proven wrong. It is clean, and it smells clean. The latina woman (I'm assuming, I'm latina too) is very, very sweet and kind and helpful. The food items were fresh and bread is great! No weird smells, I'm pregnant so my nose is on point. “Sean and the staff at this location are the best! They are our go to for our corporate meetings and events when we want something light and healthier. Whether it's for a group of 10 or our entire staff of 250+ people they are the best. I can only think of once or twice when something was not right. Even with that it was very minimal and an easy fix. I share that to say, no they aren't perfect, but they sure to do come close. We appreciate them and will continue to do business with this location.“

“I live much closer to the Subway near Country Club bowling but I drive all the way over to the Subway at 4120 El Camino Ave because that location makes better sandwiches and because it has a better atmosphere in general. That's because of an employee named Dante. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. That makes the customers experience so much better that it's worth the drive.“

“Customer service is fantastic, quality of sandwiches are superb, and I’ve never had any reason to complain. If I did complain there would be no problems with my complaint being corrected! “We stopped here for dinner on our drive down from Washington. The service was fantastic. It was busy with both walk in customers and app orders and the two ladies working were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. We have had a lot of mediocre service lately and this was a refreshing surprise.“

“Location moved to behind Starbucks in the McDonald's shopping lot on Mack Road and Valley high drive. They are open until nine which is very helpful because we get back from swim team in Rancho Cordova at 8:30. That night I had to spend 3 hours preparing food for the team potluck the next day. We prefer Subway to McDonald's Burger King or Taco Bell. A young black woman took my order; a salami and bacon 6 inch. All sandwiches on the cheese bread and toasted. I ordered rotisserie chicken provolone cheese add mortadello and cappicola. My other son ordered a footlong tuna and pepperjack sandwich. He needed the sandwich packed as 2 6 inch sandwiches so he could take one to work for lunch the next day. She made each sandwich correctly. All had mayo and mustard and mine had parmasean vinegrette also. She put the perfect amount of condiments on each sandwich. She took her time and made sure each sandwich was made right. The salami only had an extreme amount of pickles as the desired produce. Then she wrapped and labeled the sandwich without my having to ask. I had lettuce, picles, onions, banana peppers, extra olives, salt and pepper. Finally the tuna had spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers , pickles, banana peppers, and olives. Every sandwich looked fantastic. The prevention and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. She did not want to serve something she would not want to eat herself. She was very positive and had a stellar personality. The food tasted as wonderful. I really appreciated her superior customer service care. We will definitely return.“

“The young lady I believe her name is Lionna I may be spelling it wrong, she has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered a basic Spicy Italian thru Door Dash and that sandwich was the BEST sandwich I have had in a very long time! You can tell she made my sandwich with care. “Convenient and pleasant staff. Second time at this location for me. Got my usual Subway Club. There were out of the steak meat do substituted with salami. The herb bread was soft and fresh - always yummy. The woman there tonight around 5pm was super nice. The store front is small but conveniently next to both a Starbucks and the Country Club bowling center. I like having this fresh options on bowling league night. The Subway by my home closed a few weeks ago.“

“For residents who lived in the downtown area, this Subway would send coupons such as Buy Any 6" or Footlong and Get A 6" or Footlong of equal or lesser value Free, Buy Any 6" or Footlong Sub and Get Free Avocado on your Sub. (These coupons can only be redeemed at this location.) The servers never skimped out on toppings with me. I redeemed my Buy One, Get One Free coupon on my first visit here, a foot long tuna sourdough. The server put decent portions of tuna and slices of provolone on my sub. On a subsequent visit, I redeemed my Free Avocado on my Sub coupon. I ordered a Black Forrest Ham foot long. The server applied the avocado liberally onto my sandwich.The employees here are college aged students in their twenties and they were easy to speak to and deal with.“

“I had not been to a Subway in years but this summer the craving hit so I decided to try this location near The Nugget grocery store. Subway is Subway- it's kind of the McDonald's of Sub sandwiches. That's not a slam, just an observation. But we all like observing our sandwiches being made, so a plus for that experience. I stick to my classic- turkey and cheese on wheat with all the veggies. The sandwich was made properly, the bread and veggies fresh and restaurant was clean. It was kind of gross when I was wearing flip flops and the lady mopping the restaurant mopped my feet, I can still feel the fringe- but I chose to wear flip flops, so no shade. If you want a standard sub made well, with no weird surprises- this is your place. I'll come back when the craving hits again.“

“I preordered 2 sandwich platters for a funeral. The funeral is today and I needed to pick the sandwiches up by 7:30 in order to get where I was going on time. I spoke with Tammy on the phone to confirm they could accommodate my timeframe and I went in several days prior and paid for the sandwiches. Tammy was so accommodating and friendly and stated she would ask to be scheduled early so she could get the platters ready by 7:30. I went in to pick them up and arrived at 7:29. My sandwiches were ready to go and looked perfect. I'm so incredibly appreciative of Tammy and this location for making one portion of today which will otherwise be a difficult day, easy. “I started doing takeout from this location after the subway closer to me closed. I have never had a poorly made sandwich. The bread is always fresh and the sandwich typically doesn't fall apart easily. I've had some sandwiches at other locations where it feels like everything was just slapped together, the sandwich toppings are falling out and the bread easily tears or crumbles. The people who work at this location try to go out of their way to make sure I get a quality sandwich. I also recommend their wraps.“

“Most Subways do not warrant a five star review, frequently the store sales on service or you get a hastily constructed sandwich. “I believe the store closes at 8:00 and I put in my order at 7:40 something. I was specific I wanted my bread toasted with with ranch oil and light salt and I got the veggie Delight since I don't eat meat.
