“My favorite subway by far. When I say the best sandwich I mean it. Plus the lady with the red hair who is always in there, I forgot her name but she is absolutely amazing. I’ve been there a few times in person and she remembers me and my order. We always have great conversation and laughs. My sandwich is made with love every time. I wish I got her name because she deserves all the credit. My veggies are always fresh and crisp and my sandwich is tucked and folded perfectly every time. If you try another location after this one , it will be disappointing. I promise. ** customer satisfaction = 10000% ***“

“This location did not have a lot of options that I normally get but I was able to manage. Some lady was acting stupid when I went and the employees handled it very well including the manager/owner. This lady was a topical complainer though and I saw it coming before they got to the register. Other than that food was okay and service was cool even though I had to wait an extra 10 for some stupid lady....“

“The Italian Herb & Cheese bread didn't taste the same as it usually does at other locations, and the avocado may not have been fresh (or the ham, spinach, lettuce, or tomato).

“Was a little taken back when I walked into the store there was a young lady mopping the floor. That same young lady went over to a sink to wash her hands for about 3 seconds and then proceeded to make the sandwich. I was glad when she put on gloves. The food was not for me so I really can't say whether it was good or bad. But it definitely looked delicious. Since I don't really eat at Subway I had no idea how expensive they were. “I live much closer to the Subway near Country Club bowling but I drive all the way over to the Subway at 4120 El Camino Ave because that location makes better sandwiches and because it has a better atmosphere in general. That's because of an employee named Dante. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. That makes the customers experience so much better that it's worth the drive.“

There's two spots for disabled parking but no lines are drawing for regular parking there's an estimate for a few more spots. “Location moved to behind Starbucks in the McDonald's shopping lot on Mack Road and Valley high drive. They are open until nine which is very helpful because we get back from swim team in Rancho Cordova at 8:30. That night I had to spend 3 hours preparing food for the team potluck the next day. We prefer Subway to McDonald's Burger King or Taco Bell. A young black woman took my order; a salami and bacon 6 inch. All sandwiches on the cheese bread and toasted. I ordered rotisserie chicken provolone cheese add mortadello and cappicola. My other son ordered a footlong tuna and pepperjack sandwich. He needed the sandwich packed as 2 6 inch sandwiches so he could take one to work for lunch the next day. She made each sandwich correctly. All had mayo and mustard and mine had parmasean vinegrette also. She put the perfect amount of condiments on each sandwich. She took her time and made sure each sandwich was made right. The salami only had an extreme amount of pickles as the desired produce. Then she wrapped and labeled the sandwich without my having to ask. I had lettuce, picles, onions, banana peppers, extra olives, salt and pepper. Finally the tuna had spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers , pickles, banana peppers, and olives. Every sandwich looked fantastic. The prevention and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. She did not want to serve something she would not want to eat herself. She was very positive and had a stellar personality. The food tasted as wonderful. I really appreciated her superior customer service care. We will definitely return.“

“I went here after a very long day at work for a sandwich to share with my dad. I have to say that the young man that attended me was fantastic. He made small talk with me asked me about my day and paid attention to little details in our conversation that made my sandwich order all the more detailed and how i wanted . I usually don't care what subways i go to because they are all pretty much okay overall but service made this outstanding and I will return when I want a sandwich.“

“I visit here at least 3 times a week and the are always very nice, super clean and the food is always Fresh! They even remember what i order. I would recommend this location over downtown location!

“Food was pretty good. The sandwich artist did a wonderful job making the sandwich with a very special and odd request. Sore was very clean. The only down side was no indoor dining or a place to sit outside, we had to eat in the car. But they didn't chase us out of the parking lot. All and all it was a good experience and I will be driving a little further from the office for this location.“

“Convenient, easy to access location on the corner of French/Florin-Perkins and Florin Rd; multiple points of entry, a few parking stalls, gets crowded/congested quickly. Lots of vagrants hanging out in the area. A variety of beverages and food available to choose from.“

“Fresh, delicious ingredients. My favorite is the oven roasted turkey with provolone. When I kind of want a salad and kind of don’t - I really love getting sandwiches from here. They never disappoint. Fresh tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, etc with just the right amount of turkey and cheese. Great combination with the oil and vinegar with a little salt and pepper. Very friendly service and I love the coupons and reward program.“

“The guy that has made my sandwich every time I've gone in is always very helpful and he makes my sandwiches perfect. I think he works long hours an is always busy. Tonight a basketball game had just let out and the area was full of people. He got very busy and it was just about closing time.
