I wanted to start off by saying the lady that’s behind the counter is sooo nice, she’s kinda short i think her name is kenia i’m not sure but she never fails to make anybody smile, she has great costumer service as well as the other employees but she just really stood out to me, she does everything perfectly and she’s really good with costumers
Rude and annoyed lady because I decided to order an extra sandwich at the last minute. Lady I'm giving you more business. I'm very nice in there by saying please and thank you because I already have anxiety ordering because I do have history of not getting treated well at Subways all because I want my Mayo and Mustard on the bread where it should go in the first place, but that's another story.

I live much closer to the Subway near Country Club bowling but I drive all the way over to the Subway at 4120 El Camino Ave because that location makes better sandwiches and because it has a better atmosphere in general. That's because of an employee named Dante. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. That makes the customers experience so much better that it's worth the drive.
