Jack in the Box in Fresno

“Went here out of desperation for food. Went inside and had to wait as the staff was very busy but I was in no rush. Got a burger but requested no bun. I was suprised this place went above and beyond. They wrapped it in lettuce and even wrapped it in paper. The food was fresh and delicious. Also got 4 tacos because who can resist those. Never been to this location but will definitely be back.“

“Just left drive thru, new packaging was noticeable right away. The packaging was a refreshing change. I order Jack's Deals tacos. And they are crunchy, my lettuce was crisp and had the perfect amount of sauce. I love it when I can count on consistency each time. I have always driven away satisfied with whatever craving I was experiencing.“

“Kinda grubby area but service and food in the morning is great ??

Vegetarian options: Salads and you can substitute more veggies instead of meat in sandwiches. Taco ?? are veggie meat.

Parking: Clear parking but the area is not so great. I usually go through the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great. When you order orange juice it's not watered down, it's real orange juice in a bottle. No toys but food is fresh.“

“Always tell me items are not available . I feel like they just don't want to make them so they say they it's not available . And when that's not the situation . I get food that's been on the heat rack a bit too long . Or fries have been reheated a few times . .why advertise new items if not available . This store needs better management in my opinion .“

“Today I came to jack in the box to get my daily caramel sweet cream iced coffee. At 1:20pm the lady worker “Liz” was awesome and very welcoming. She got my coffee just the way I love it with extra caramel. Because other days when I ask for it extra sweet I get denied by a different worker. I just wanna say her atmosphere was amazing it’s the kind you want to see when you pull in through the drive through. hope to see Liz around more. Thank you.“

“I was so amazed tonight when the drive-thru attendant Jessica gave me the best customer service ever from a fast food restaurant. I was literally shocked because most fast food servers don't perform their duties as they should and make the customers happy. Please promoter and give her a raise she deserves it.“

“We arrived to this location at about 11:15pm last night. This review is a little late! Lilliana took our order and was very kind. We were a part of 4, so the order was pretty large but she made sure that it was correct. When we got to the window we asked her about her night, and she explained that they were pretty swamped but still seemed enthusiastic. We pulled to the front to wait for our food and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. The order was correct and she gave us enough sauce for everyone in the car. Food was also hot and fresh. Thanks so much!“

“I don't really eat out but these days I'm kind of making it my goal to look around food places. Starting with fast food. They were getting busy though. I order online but I didn't go until later so the food got cold. Not sure if they have to do it but thanks for replacing the food with warmer one. Plenty of parking area. I like their tiny tacos. My sister love the spicy chicken burger. I can't really compare food since I don't really eat from fast food chains.“

“This spot is cracking, they are open 24/7 which is a big plus, but aside from that; the food is really good. They got workers who care back there in the kitchen. I tend to go at night and I have never been strayed wrong here. Keep up the good work peeps! Happy customer here 😃“

“The last time I went there, was about a week ago, I was trying to order a oreo cookie shake in the app. But the address that it was given me wasn't the address of the restaurant we're I was, so I went inside I think she was in her break obviously cause she was eating, but I did ask her nicely what was the address from there, and she told me way to fast and I had her excuse me can you tell it to me again, and this time she yell at me, so I thought ? about it, turn around and left.“

Through the drive through...ordered some food 2:45 am what's that Saint Agnes all day my wife hadn't eaten so I stopped at Jack In The Box or the the meat burrito with some french fries my son ordered a number one my wife all she wanted was onion rings and we got home big bag of onion rings was burnt couldn't even eat them so I called the restaurant their mailbox was full wouldn't take any messages that's a bummer not professional at all anyway I plan on driving there tomorrow and let the manager know what happened poor food good service though the lady at the drive-thru window walk the food out to the number one slot where she told us to park set the service is great but the food is lousy“
