“When I went on 3/20/2024 it was a disaster. My waiter served me cold Chow mayne after I asked her not to make my food because I had to wait 6 minutes until the rest of my order was ready. Got home ate, hour later my stomach couldn't hold the food down. The next day went back to complain to the manager and she was so very sweet , offered me the same meal for free , apologized for the incident from the day before and OMG it was delicious had fun eating my meal ?. Thank you to the manager and the rest of the team ?“
“Was given the time and didn’t feel rushed for my order. Had to wait a few minutes which I didn’t mind but they took longer than what they had told me and without me saying anything or asking about the wait time they rewarded my wait time with a complimentary drink.Would return here without any worries of the serviceThank you guys“

“I’ve been coming to this location for a decade or more. There may have been times they ran out of items but for the most part, they are great. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good and hot. It’s Panda not gourmet food but it’s perfect for what you pay for. I’m very very happy now since they got rid of Pepsi products and switched to Coca Cola. Good choice!“
“My 10 year old autistic twin boys received a Certificate from school for free kids meal here.. They do not eat at many fast food locations because of their sensory issues and food allergies. I asked the server if one of my sons could try a piece of the teriyaki chicken and I was advised that they no longer can let you try the food because they do not have the items that they used to use to give you a piece and also because of COVID. Well times have changed and cold. It has decreased according to the news so I don't understand why they haven't gotten with The Times and change things. Or at least could have been more accommodative. It was not the staff's fault. They were very nice and polite. They were just following procedures. The reason for my scoring was because of that reason and that reason.“
