Jack in the Box in Murrieta

“My fiancé and I rolled through Jack in the Box late one night because we were out very late, flat-out hungry, and didn’t feel like getting home & cook. When it’s late and you just want something hot and quick, this place usually gets the job done. Look, the food is what it is — it’s Jack in the Box. You’re not walking in (or the drive thru) expecting a steakhouse or a fancy burger joint. But it’s affordable, it’s filling, and it tastes good when you’ve got a late-night craving. Everything was hot, curly fries were fresh, and it hits the spot. We fumbled around at the drive-thru speaker trying to decide what we wanted, hey it happens when you’re out late on the town, tired, and hungry. The crew didn’t give us attitude, didn’t rush us, just let us figure it out. I respect that. Order came out right, nothing missing, packed up neat. At the end of the day, that’s all you want. Fair price, hot food, no drama. This location in Murrieta always seems to come through when we need it. We’ll be back Jack!“

“We just decided to stop by and get early dinner. This was our first time at this place. I had the best help I ever received at a Hamburger Place. The Server was Edgardo C. And he was super. Spoke very clear, repeated all the order correctly and explained all his questions very well, such as, what size you want it and the prices for them. He was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s so hard to find wonderful employees these days so I would like to let you know that Edgardo is a keeper. I will be coming more often. Thanks so much.“

“This lady was very rude to me. I asked to order in . She was maybe in a rush to tale her break but instantly dosregarded the order and me waiting to pay. This kind guy walked to the front desk and finished what she started. Not sure of his name but he is working the drive thru is solid and flowing. But ordering in will take longer than usual hense why i am able to write this all before i get my food .

Very good tasting. Amicable ambiance everything was reliably on time .

Its more of a drive thru location where service is prioritized on drive thru flow.

“I don't go to Jack in the box expecting a clean or organized place to eat, but this one was! The staff was polite, and one attendant was even flawlessly switching between spanish and english depending on the customers preference. I even witnessed them handle a bad customer perfectly. Kinda impressed.“

“We stopped here to use the bathroom on our way to San Diego. The place wasn’t busy. It looked clean, along with the bathrooms. Customer service could have been friendlier.

We ordered a shake, iced matcha latte and iced tea. It was a little bit of a wait.

I liked the Iced Matcha Latte. It was sweet but not overly sweet. It had a good Matcha taste.“
