“You see a fast food place with bad reviews and it almost makes you question whether it’s worth trying. I have KFC the benefit of doubt and they did not disappoint, I got a 16 piece family meal and I hadn’t even finished getting my receipt when my order was already being handed to me. Employees offered me sauces and silverware as well as plates. The chicken was fresh and delicious. The side orders were decently portioned. And they even gave us water cups for the kids. Will be coming back!“

“This place had a great team. You could tell because they were like family and even the younger staff were confident and did excellent.

My experience was with William. I walked into the Lake Elsinore store and he was the front person.. I had movers at the house helping unload the truck and asked William the size of taco's and if they had like a value pack of 20 or so.. He was like, well let's see, and pulled up the screen options tinkered around and said yeah here's a 12 pack and salad, but for two it was like $65 and I was going to pay but he said or and found me a perfect combo with chips and salsa and I so happy. He just was a good guy, interested in where I moved to and why I left and came back, and where my son was. Like we had been long lost friends. It was a true human interaction that I thought was lost in newer generations. I value these because more times than not the restaurant person (especially not if in a waiteress transaction) anything outside give me burger and coke will be met with disinterested eye rolls.

“I love this location. They’re always nice and greet me. Everywhere with a kiosk ignores you but they always ask if you need any assistance with it. I appreciate that they give you as many salsas as you want. I went to the menifee location and they charged me. Even the app shows $0. Foods always right and I’ll keep coming to this location.“

“Chick fil a is usually good with quality food since the price point is really high. The deluxe sandwich came with a small sad hot tomato and wilted lettuce, the only thing that appeared to be of quality was the chicken. Not the best managed spot. Could be the staff not putting out their best or management not overseeing their product. It wasn't just either just the car in front of me in drive thru and one car pulling up as i was getting my food.“
