“We went to this location on Saturday morning for breakfast and, as always, it was a 5 star experience. The employee “Maria” was outstanding- and we learned she had only been there for (4) days. You would have never known it- we honestly thought she was part of management. I had never done the order from app and have it delivered to your table before, what a great concept! We love our Chick Fil A- it’s clean, and th customer service is outstanding.“

I saw him help bus tables, keep items stocked, demonstrate great teamwork, and even politely check in on us throughout our meal. “I went here on Friday evening. It wasn't my choice, but majority rules. I was originally going to order a one-piece dinner for $6.99, but the person who took my order told me to get one of the $5 specials. Normally, chicken breasts are really dry. This one was very moist and easy to eat! The only thing I would do differently is get the mashed potatoes instead of wedges.“

“Our family love going here. Today I felt as though service went down. Or it was just the one woman serving us. Other tables were serviced better than ours. Our food missed all the condiments I requested in the menu and salad sides were all missing. The one server just didn't do her part. I didn't really like that and wondered how she fot hired. Some younger girl tried to help us and was delightful.“

“yes I recommend their food ... but you need to speak slower to the employees on what you want & check your order before you leave . twice already I tried to get the double chicken avacado Salad .. first time I got some citus salad second they gave me some chicken protein bowl non of these words are in the meal DOUBLE CHICKEN AVACADO BOWL !!! Very disappointed with tonight dinner !!“

“The food is always good at this location. You can ask for the chicken to be well done, juicy or in between. Personnel are always pleasant and friendly. The restaurant can get busy, specially at the drive thru at peek hours. Dine in is OK, place is clean but it's just a basic dinner. You eat and you leave, nothing different than other Pollo Loco restaurants. Don't forget to ask for your senior or military discount. Same for first responders. They don't mind you asking.“

“I have eaten mostly at el Pollo loco for they're rotisserie chicken but not anymore, Juan's rotisserie chicken is the best I've had by far, it's flavor, the moistieness of the chicken, I absolutely loved it, if the had 10 stars I would definitely give it to them, bravo.“

I tried Angry spicy level one time and I’m telling you, it’s so addictive you’ll find yourself coming back to this place.

Their Mac and butter rice is so good they blend really well with their signature tenders.“

“I hit up El Pollo Loco last weekend when I needed something quick and satisfying, and the combo options really stood out. You can build meals in so many ways with all the sides and fixings, which makes it easy to switch things up without getting bored. The chicken itself was juicy and full of flavor, exactly what I was hoping for on a busy night.

The restaurant was spotless too, from the dining area to the counter, which always gives me confidence in a fast casual spot. My only real gripe is how the menu sticks strictly to chicken as the main protein. If you’re in the mood for variety or something else, it feels pretty limiting. A couple of the staff members also came across a bit short and rushed, which took away from the experience a little.

Still, it’s a reliable go to for solid flame grilled chicken when you want it fast. Has anyone else run into the same menu or service quirks there? Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.“

“They have friendly service & the food is fine. My issue is their prices. I am an average sized woman who ordered a salad for myself and a combo for my minor child. The total was over $30 for 2 ppl. IMO that’s a price I pay for a restaurant with a waitress, not a drive thru. And a regular sized strawberry lemonade is almost $5. Across the street at In n Out a meal for one is around $7. You can use the leftover $ for gasoline. I feel bad for Mom’s who feed multiple kids these days.“

“I like this place and get good service here. But today’s tostada salad was a joke. As it is the combo prices have gone way up post pandemic, but the portions are smaller. My tostada shell today is literally an inch high! Nothing there at all. Ridiculous! Whoever the supplier is needs to step it up and make the shells higher. If I wanted a flat little tostada I’d have ordered the 1$ value one off the Del Taco menu instead. Also side note: what’s up with all the dead landscaping on both sides of the drive up wall? Nobody noticed all the hedges and plants dying all over the place that are now a fire hazard. The sprinklers are either not working or turned off. This didn’t happen overnight. If you get the water going maybe they can be salvaged. All the other landscaping around the other shops including across the street is green. Either water them or pull them out then.“

“I had a great experience at WaBa Grill. The service was friendly, fast and attentive. The staff was great. The food was fresh, flavorful and cooked really well and the restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I’d definitely come back again.“
