My biggest takeaway from this location on Madison in Murrieta is the staff. A bunch of really great young people who understand customer service and how to engage and communicate with people. My food was great but I would eat lesser quality food to interact with some folks that represent hope for the world. Highly recommended
Always great food and service
Fast service.

Chick-fil-A is a popular destination for chicken, with a loyal following among families. The restaurant is always busy, but the staff is efficient and friendly, with staff members outside to help with orders. The food is consistently good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The restaurant also features a play area, which remains surprisingly quiet despite expectations of noise. Customers appreciate the quick drive-thru lines and the welcoming atmosphere. However, some recently experienced issues, such as a 12pc chicken nugget meal priced at $14.35 for small pieces and missing sauces or drinks in to-go orders. Despite these occasional problems, the overall service remains great, and the staff continues to provide outstanding service, making customers feel welcome and appreciated.
