“Went to this place for a late business lunch. I was surprised at how cool the vibe was. I thought the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I really like the Lobster Roll and Caesar salad.

“I have always loved round table pizza! Their pizza is absolutely delicious and I love it when they have specials on the large pizzas. My favorite thing to order is a pepperoni on original crust with extra, extra cheese and creamy garlic sauce. It's the same ranch sauce that they use in the garlic twist and on the salad bar. Plus they are one of the only pizza places around that makes ranch fresh every day... and it tastes like homemade ranch!

“I have been going to Chi-Chi’s my whole life!! This would be since the early 70s! They have some of the best food in town! I absolutely love their salads, rolls and pasta! My favorites are their pesto sauce and their meatless sauce!! Everything is homemade! Their pizza is the best!!

Vegetarian options: They have meat free sauces for anything you ask! They have lots of salads! You can get veggie pizzas too! They have potatoes too.

Parking: They have several handicap spaces and spaces for take out that they come out to your car to bring your order to you in the evenings!

“I am leaving this review for the staff who helped my daughter and me visiting from out of town. We were charging our vehicle near Prince Street Pizza around 8 PM, when we were approached by a man out of the blue. He started chasing us and we immediately ran knowing that he was likely going to harm us. Prince Street Pizza was the closest place and we ran indoors frantically asking for help. The staff was amazing as the cashier immediately called 911, the cook ran from behind the counter, and a gentleman, presume the manager ( wish we would have asked his name) got our belongings (purse, phones) from our unlocked car. He remained with us and even went searching for the man to confront him. We were so terrified and he was such a God send. He walked us to our charging vehicle and waited until we pulled off, to ensure we were safe. We were just some midwesterners assuming that we were safe to charge our rental in Malibu, of all places, when we were chased and would have likely been assaulted. Thank you to everyone who helped us and btw, the pizza looked and smelled amazing! We were too badly shaken, to even try a slice. If the gentlemen who helped us reads this, please know we are so very grateful for your help and would love to know your name, so that we can thank you personally.“

“I love toppers! The salad bar is delicious and the ranch is better than Wingstop (I know it's true). The pizza is always crispy on the bottom and soft on top. The only downside is this pizza place is EXPENSIVE. 2 medium 3 topping pizzas, 2 salad bowls, 3 drinks, plus tip was about $80. So we go seldom.“

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. Delivery service said they handed it to me via text. Even though they did not. I call the delivery system customer service number. Because I needed up having to go pick it up myself. We had a table celebrating our anniversary, and there was a bulb flickering right over us. Staff went above and beyond to change it out and also comped us sodas. Great job hiring the right people. This is the only good restaurant left at the town center now.“

Both are Excellent!
