“Somewhat disappointed by the fresh fish selections today. Started strong with excellent bread and butter, but the mains were slightly underwhelming. I ordered a half dozen Morro Bay oysters but my main came before them, which I thought was odd. My main was perfectly prepared sand dabs that somehow had no flavor. My companion's fresh catch, rock white fish, was drab. The sides, brussel sprouts burnt beyond recognition and maple glazed squash that was flavorful but a little underdone for my taste. My companion's sides were rudimentary, spinach and potatoes. We skipped dessert as they no longer offer the mint chip sundae. Our server was disinterested and although polite it felt forced. The snafu with the timing of the oysters was a problem for me.“

“West Tasting Room is one of our favorite places! We had a great time at the Valentine's special Romance Language blind tasting! Although we only got one guess right of the four, it was very enjoyable and the wines were yummy. The service was very attentive and we got our favorite dishes (the Spicy Pizza for me and the Fig and Gorgonzola flatbread for hubby) Always good! A delightful afternoon sipping wine!“

“Our son Gareth took us for Father's day....what have we been missing...we took bruschetta, caprese on cocktail sticks, pinwheel sandwiches, fruit, dark chocolate etc. Melanie the owner was so welcoming and friendly, we shared food, funny stories and made new friends. The wine was delicious and we bought a few bottles very reasonably priced. My husband raved about it to golf buddies Thank you Melanie we will be back!“

My favorite broth to get is the Kombu with broth booster and a little of the chili paste that they have.
Also gotta have the salmon sashimi that was really good as well.

“I love Atost’s aperitifs and I love their customer service. Every holiday season I buy some bottles for coworkers and friends. They are always a hit. This season I purchased 5 bottles but unfortunately FedEx messed up my delivery. Emily, Atost’s event manager, and Kyle, Atost’s founder, were so quick to respond to my email and resolve the shipping/delivery issue. The company goes above and beyond with both their products and their service. I will continue to be a regular Atost customer.“
